A Random-control Clinical Research:An Observation Of Gouboguoming Decoction Curing Post-infection Cough(Fengxie-Fangfei Nebula)

Objective:Evaluating the clinical effect of Gouboguoming Decoction treating PIC(Fengxie-Fanfei Nebula)and the improvement of People’s living quality,seeking for the safe and effective method for curing the Post-infection Cough.Method:60 patients with Post-infectiong Cough(Fengxie-Fanfei Nebula)in Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Hospital between January 2018 and March 2019.According to a simple randorm grouping method is spilt into two groups:treatment group and control group.The treatment group has 29 patients with oraling Gouboguoming Decoction and the control group also has 29 sicking individuals with taking Robitussin(Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride,Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Solution).The course of treatment was one week.We collected people’s general information and their symptom scores and the improvement rate of symptom intergrals of pretherapy、3-days treatment and post-treatment.Using Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)to evaluate people’s living quality of pretherapy and post-treatment.During treatment,if people have some adverse reactions,we will record at any time.Results:1.After 3-days’and one week’s treatment,the rates of monomial symptom scores were reduced.2.The cough rates of 3-days treatment and post-treatment reduced(P<0.01).3.After three days’treatment,two groups’total effective rate were 51.7%、55.2%(P>0.05),and through 7 days’treatment,both groups’control effective rates were 20.7%、13.8%and the total effective rates were 96.5%、93.1%(P>0.05).The two of them were no significant difference.4.The LCQ rates of two groups’people,after 1 week’s treatment,were rised and the rates of treatment higher than control group.Conclusion:1.Through the research,we can find that both of them can improve the monomial symptom scores and cough rates,improving people’s living quality.2.Gouboguoming Decoction and Robitussin have no significant difference in treating the PIC,but in monomial symptom scores,the treatment group is higher than the control group.3.The treatment group has less side-effect.It has more advantage than the control group in people’s living quality.
