Yulinzhu Plus Clomiphene In The Treatment Of PCOS Infertility Clinical Observation Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Yulinzhu combined with clomiphene（CC）were used to treat infertility caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.The curative effect was observed and its mechanism was explored to provide a clinical reference for the treatment of PCOS infertility caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty patients with PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases:Yulin Zhu plus or minus plus clomiphene treatment）and control group（30 cases:clomiphene treatment alone）,following the principles and methods of clinical randomized controlled trial.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Observe and record the serum sex hormone level,follicular growth,endometrium,pregnancy,total score of TCM syndromes and other related indicators before and after treatment.Finally,use statistical software SPSS20.0 to analyze the curative effect of the two groups,and compare the difference between the two groups.Result:1.Serum sex hormone level:After treatment,the serum T,LH,LH/FSH values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the observation group could reduce the serum T,LH,LH/FSH values,the curative effect was better than that of the control group;the serum FSH,E₂ values had no significant difference compared with the control group（P>0.05）.The serum T,LH and LH/FSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.01）,the serum E₂ level was significantly higher than before（P<0.05）,indicating that the observation group could effectively reduce the serum levels of LH,T,LH/FSH,and to some extent improve the serum E₂ level;the serum T,LH,LH/FSH in the control group were significantly lower than before treatment（P<0.05）;there was no significant difference in the serum E2 level before and after treatment（P>0.05）.The serum T,LH and LH/FSH were also decreased in the Ming control group,but the serum E₂ was not significantly affected.2.After each cycle of treatment,when the dominant follicles formed,according to the endometrial condition,the number of patients requiring estrogen supplementation between the two groups was significantly different（P<0.05）,indicating that the observation group can promote endometrial growth,and its efficacy is better than that of the control group.3.Type of endometrium on follicular maturation day:Compared with type A,type A was 54.5%in the observation group and 35.2%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,suggesting that the observation group could increase the number of cases of type A endometrium,and its curative effect was better than that of the control group.4.Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate:the observation group cycle ovulation rate was 79.52%,pregnancy rate was 37.93%;the control group cycle ovulation rate was 60.25%,pregnancy rate was 13.79%.There were significant differences in ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups（P<0.05）,showing that the observation group can improve cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.5.Total score of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was（4.40+0.11）.The total score of TCM syndromes in the control group was（11.07+0.61）.Compared with the control group,the total score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly different（P<0.05）,indicating that the observation group can improve the TCM clinical syndromes of PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and its effect is better than that of the control group.Compared with the total score of TCM syndromes before treatment,there was a significant difference in the observation group（P<0.01）and in the control group（P<0.05）,indicating that both groups could improve the TCM clinical syndromes of PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.6.Comprehensive curative effect:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%,and that of the control group was 72.41%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P<0.01）,indicating that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Yulinzhu plus clomiphene can effectively improve the level of endocrine hormones and increase the number of cases of type A endometrium during ovulation.2.Yulinzhu plus clomiphene can increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.Yulinzhu plus clomiphene can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
