| ObjectTo observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huayu Decoction Combined with clomiphene(CC)in the treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and to explore the mechanism of its effect,and provide a new idea for the treatment of infertility caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS,and lay a good foundation for the promotion and popularization of the disease.Methods60 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huayu soup and clomiphene in the treatment group,while the control group was treated with clomiphene.Treatment.1 menstrual cycles for 1 courses,a total of 3 courses of treatment.During the treatment,the menstrual improvement,the TCM syndrome and the improvement of the tongue vein were observed and recorded in the two groups of the patients before and after the treatment.The vaginal ultrasound was used to monitor the development of the follicles,pregnancy,the follicle maturation day(follicle diameter more than 18mm)and the thickness and type of the endometrium,and the serum reproductive hormone(estradiol E2)was detected by chemiluminescence.The levels of testosterone T,follicle stimulating hormone FSH,luteinizing hormone LH,LH/FSH value),serum anti Mullerian tube hormone(AMH),dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DHEAS),and sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG).The indexes before and after treatment were compared with SPSS20.0 data package.Results1.the total effective rate of 1.was 86.35%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.44%.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome and tongue vein score: the total score of menstruation,TCM syndrome and tongue vein in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of menstrual cycle,menstrual cycle,menstruation,color,blood block,low back and knee pain and dizziness tinnitus.It was statistically significant(P<0.01).In other symptoms,the improvement was not obvious,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.pregnancy: the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).4.the thickness and type of endometrium: the thickness of endometrium in the treatment group and the control group was measured in the follicle maturing day respectively.The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The endometrium types in the two groups were different after treatment(P <0.05).5.serum reproductive hormone: the level of E2 in the treatment group was higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The value of T,LH and LH/FSH in the treatment group decreased after treatment.Compared with before treatment,it was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of E2 in the control group was increased after treatment(P<0.0).5),the value of T,LH and LH/FSH in the control group decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The control group had no significant change in FSH after treatment and no statistical significance(P>0.05).The level of E2 in the treatment group and the control group was higher than that in the control group.The level of E2 in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the statistical significance was statistically significant(P<0)..05),after treatment,the T,LH and LH/FSH values of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).6.AMH,DHEAS,SHBG: the level of SHBG in the treatment group increased obviously after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared withthat before the treatment(P<0.05).The AMH and DHEAS in the treatment group decreased significantly after the treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the value of AMH and DHEAS decreased significantly in the control group after the treatment.Learning significance(P<0.05),compared with the control group after the treatment of SHBG and before treatment was not significant change,no statistical significance(P>0.05),the treatment group and the control group compared with the level of SHBG after treatment,the SHBG level in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group and the control group after the treatment AMH,DHEAS phase.The ratio decreased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionBushen Huayu Decoction Combined with CC is effective in treating PCOS infertility due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Through this study,we found that the combination of CC can obviously improve the menstrual cycle,menstruation,menstruation,color,blood block,low back pain and other TCM syndromes,which can increase the thickness of the endometrium,promote ovulation,and then improve the pregnancy rate.It provides effective clinical evidence for TCM treatment of PCOS,and is worthy of clinical popularization. |
