Clinical Study Of Ginger-separated Moxibustion Alloy Kuishenqi Decoction On Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: To observe and study the effect of Ginger-separated Moxibustion alloy Guishenqi Decoction on spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic nephritis with Yang deficiency constitution and its examination index,and further explore the mechanism of Ginger-separated Moxibustion alloy Guishenqi Decoction on spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic nephritis with Yang deficiency constitution,so as to provide guidance for improving spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic nephritis with Yang deficiency constitution with Ginger-separated Moxibustion alloy Gui.Methods: The remaining 60 cases were excluded from the 72 cases,which accorded with the che remaining 60 cases were excluded from the 72 cases,which accorded with the constitution of Yang deficiency and the diagnosis of chronic nephritis by Western medicine.The Chinese medicine symptoms accorded with the syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated by western medicine and orally Jinkui Shenqi Decoction.The treatment group was treated with Ginger-separated moxibustion.Shenque,Qihai,Guanyuan,Dazhui,bilateral Pishu and bilateral Shenshu were selected.A total of three courses of treatment,every three weeks a course of treatment,four times a week.Scr,24h-Upro,PRP and RBC of the two groups were detected,and the symptoms and physical identification scores of the participants were evaluated,and the results were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Of 72 patients,patients were enrolled in this study,12 patients wereexcluded from the experiment,and 60 patients were enrolled in this study.The treatment group and the control group had comparability in age,gender,syndrome score of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine,and constitution identification of Yang deficiency constitution score.After 9 weeks of intervention,the total effective rate of the treatment group(96.7%)was significantly better than that of the control group(80%).There was statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in 24h-Upro,WBC,RBC,Scr,TCM syndrome score and TCM constitution between the two groups(P < 0.01);the treatment group had significant clinical efficacy in reducing 24h-Upro,WBC,RBC,TCM syndrome score of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and TCM Yang deficiency constitution score compared with the control group.(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).However,the decrease of SCR after treatment was not comparable between the two groups.(P>0.05)CONCLUSION: Ginger-separated moxibustion with alloy Kuishhenqi decoction has obvious advantages in treating chronic nephritis of Yang deficiency constitution with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
