Objective:In this study,ginger-separated moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine five elements music therapy was used to intervene patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,to explore its clinical application effect and safety,to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and care of chronic fatigue syndrome,lay the foundation for further clinical application and promotion.At the same time,give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology in health preservation,health care and chronic disease prevention and treatment.Methods:According to the random number table method,72 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type were divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was given health education of chronicfatigue syndrome disease-related knowledge,and the observation group was given ginger-separate-d moxibustion combined with five elements music therapy on the basisof the control group.The ginger-separated moxibustion points were Pishu point(both sides),Shenshu point(both sides),Mingmen point,Shenque point and Guanyuan point,the five elements of Chinese medicine music choose Yangyun Gong Diao repertoire " Tuyue Huang ting Jiao yang",Yangyun yudiao repertoire ",shuiyue Fuyanglang zhao",once a day,five times a week,for a total of four weeks.The scores of Fatigue Scale-14,TCM spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome score table,Somatic and Psychological Health Report,Anxiety Self-assessment Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were observed before and 4 weeks after the intervention to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Subjects’ adverse reactions and symptoms were recorded during the trial to investigate its safety.Results:During the study,5 cases fell off,3 cases in the observation group(1 case dropped out due to personal reasons,1 case failed to complete the test due to poor compliance,1 case participated in other related treatment),2 cases in the control group(1 case dropped out due to personal reasons,1 case was rejected due to poor compliance),and 67 cases were finally completed.Statistical analysis using SPSS26.0 showed that:1.Before the intervention:(1)The general data of the two groups,including demographic and sociological characteristics such as gender,age and education level,and clinical related data such as BMI value,course of disease,sleep quality,nature of work,exercise,regular diet and exercise were comparable(P>0.05);(2)There were no statistical differences in the scores of the Fatigue Scale-14 Scale,TCM spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome score table,Somatic and Psychological Health Report,Anxiety Self-assessment Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale between 2 groups(P>0.05).2.After the intervention:(1)Fatigue Scale-14 Scale: the total scores of physical fatigue,mental fatigue and fatigue in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);(2)TCM spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome score table: the total scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),of which 9 items the scores of fatigue,chilly limbs,shortness of breath,weakness of waist and leg,and cold pain of waist were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Somatic and Psychological Health Report: the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);(4)Anxiety Self-assessment Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale : the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Ginger-separated moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine five elements music therapy can effectively relieve the fatigue symptom of patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome and TCM spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and reduce its accompanying symptoms,improve the anxiety and depression of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients,moreover,it is safe and worthy of further study to lay a foundation for its promotion and application.
