Objective:In this study, patients with low rectal cancer after radical enterostomy were selected as the research object.Pelvic floor muscle training was planned according to the distance from rectal cancer to anal margin by inserting balloons with different amount of water into the anus to improve the function of anal sphincter, exercise the contractility, endurance and coordination of anal sphincter and levator ani muscle groups, and then improve the defecation function of patients and guide clinical nursing.Management work. Methods: From January 2018 to January 2019,we observed 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria who had undergone radical resection of low rectal cancer in gastrointestinal surgery of the First Hospital of Jidai University and received enterostomy for 3 months. They were instructed to train pelvic floor muscles before operation, started balloon training and pelvic floor muscle training one month after operation, and performed defecation before and after radical resection of rectal cancer. It can be scored to observe the defecation function of patients. Results: After training, the incidence of fecal incontinence in the experimental group was 48.8%,significantly lower than that in the control group(93.3%,P < 0.05);the duration of temporary fecal incontinence in the experimental group was(15 + 0.5)days,significantly less than that in the control group(40 + 3)days,P < 0.05.Conclusion: Through the clinical study before and after the clinical balloon training, the results showed that the use of balloon training combined with pelvic floor muscle training for the treatment of low rectal cancer,3 months of intestinal retraction after defecation function has a certain effect, and the effect of the middle water volume group optimal. For patients, balloon training has the advantages of non-invasive,safe,effective,and low cost. Therefore, balloon training combined with pelvic floor muscle function training is worthy of promotion in patients with low rectal cancer and 3 months of enterostomy.
