| ObjectiveThis research aims to explore clinical efficacy and safety of liver s tagnation and spleen deficiency type constipation treated with acupunctur e based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.And then to provide a better tre atment method for patients suffered from liver stagnation and spleen defi ciency type constipation in clinic.MethodsUsing prospective randomized controlled trials,72 patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type constipation were enrolled from June 2017 to February 2018 in the outpatient department of anorectal section in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinses Medicine.They were divided into two groups randomly and averagely,36 people in each group:treatment group(acupuncture based on Traditional Chinese Medicine group)and control group(Traditional Chinese Medicine group).Both of groups were treated for 2 weeks.The efficacy indicators and adverse reaction were observed and recorded before treatment,after 1 week treatment and after 2 weeks treatment.Then made statistical analysis reference to the criteria of curative effect and the results of data collection.Results:In the symptoms of constipation(the main curative effect indicators),The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group had a certain therapeutic effect,but the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was more obvious after 1 week treatment and 2 weeks treatment.The comparison of efficacy between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.001),indicating that the efficacy of defecation symptoms in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type(the secend curative effect indicators),The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group had a certain therapeutic effect,but therapeutic effect in the treatment group was more obvious after 1 week treatment and 2 weeks treatment.The comparison of efficacy between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.001),indicating that the efficacy of symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,and the safety in the treatment group was higher.Conclusion:The treatment which combinded of acupuncture and traditinal Chinese medicine for the patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type constipation can improve the curative effect(both the main curative effect indicators and the secend curative effect indicators)and reduce the adverse reaction. |
