| Objective In this paper,the clinical efficacy and safety of jinsheng plaster combined with etopoxil in the treatment of acute gout arthritis were evaluated,providing a real and reliable theoretical basis and clinical data for the treatment of acute gout arthritis with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods Sixty patients with gout who met the inclusion criteria were selected to develop a non-blind,parallel control method.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)for observation and treatment for 7 days.Tests before examining records in patients with symptoms and signs,medical history and medication history,and in the records of c-rctive protein(CRP)before and after treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),blood uric acid(UA),monitring the blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,livery and kidney function,such as conventional 12 lead ECG,complete arthritis integral scale,Chinese medicine symptom integral scale,arthritis symptoms complete response time and the records of adverse reactions.SPSS20 software was used for data analysis,and all measurement data were tested by t test.The chi-square test was used for counting data.The criteria for efficacy evaluation shall be based on the guidelines for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine published in 2002.Results1.Comparison of comprehensive score of TCM clinical symptoms among the large groups: before treatment,there was no significant difference between the comprehensive score of TCM symptoms and the score of arthritis between the two groups(P > 0.05);after treatment,the comprehensive score of TCM symptoms between the two groups was reduced compared with that before treatment,with a significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the score of arthritis after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the remission time of arthritis symptoms,the experimental group was superior to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of relevant indicators of gouty arthritis between the two groups before and after treatment: UA,CRP and ESR in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the improvement of UA,CRP and ESR between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The two groups before and after treatment and laboratory tests for the disease index: the two groups before and after the treatment of white blood cell count change has no obvious difference(P>0.05),liver function(ALT,AST),kidney(Cr,BUN)before the treatments have no obvious among(P > 0.05),the incidence of adverse drug reactions between experimental group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: 38 cases in the experimental group,including 2 cases of clinical recovery and 5 cases of significant effect.Control cure cases,obvious effect cases,effective 19 cases,ineffective cases,the total effective rate %.After chi-square test,P <0.05,that is to say,the efficacy of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group.Conclusion Jinsheng ointment topical joint depends on exam yesterday tablet in treatment of acute gouty arthritis in aspect of curative effect is superior to the pure oral basing on the test yesterday,Jinsheng ointment topical can relieve acute gouty arthritis in a relatively short time,such as redness,swelling,heat,pain symptoms,and significant side effects,can be used as a auxiliary treatment of gouty arthritis,and the curative effect,high safety. |
