To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Gangtongxiao Gel Ointment Acupoint Sticking Therapy For The Treatment Of Earlier Anal Fissure

Objective:Observation on the clnical effect of Gangtongxiao Gel Ointment acupoint sticking therapy for the treatment of earlier anal fissure.Methods:According to random number table,will be included in the standard of 106 patients,divided into treatment group and control group 53 cases each.Two groups on the basis of the same basis therapy,the treatment group on Gangtongxiao Gel Ointment acupoint sticking therapy combined with Ma Ying Long She Xiang Zhi Chuang Ointment,the control group on Blank Gel Ointment acupoint sticking therapy combined with Ma Ying Long She Xiang Zhi Chuang Ointment.Observe two groups of patients anal pain,bleeding after defecation before treatment,post-threamt day 3,7,11,14 day and 14 days after the total curative effect.Results:The results of the study are as follows:A total of 106 cases were completed,the treatment group(N=53)and the control group(N=53).Before treatment in two groups of cases of sex,age,disease process distribution,anal pain,bledding,such as comparison,differences were no statistics significance,baseline before treatment is consistent,is comparable.Research results are as follows:(1)Anal pain:two groups of post-threatment 3,7,11,14 days situation is anal pain after defecation were significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)bleeding:two groups of post-threatment 3,7,11,14 days situation is bleeding were significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups:the treatment group of 53 patients,cured 50 cases,effective in 2 cases,the cure rate of 94.34%,the effective rate of 98.11%;control group of 53 patients,cured 43 cases,effective in 7 cases,the cure rate of 81.13%,the effective rate of 94.34%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Recurrence and adverse reactions:the recurrence of the two groups after 2 month were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),During the course of the experiment,no significant adverse reactions were appear in the two groups during the course of administration.Conclusion:Gangtongxiao Gel Ointment acupoint sticking therapy combined with Ma Ying Long She Xiang Zhi Chuang Ointment is effective in the treatment of earlier anal fissure,which can significantly reduced the anal pain and the bleeding.Experimental stage has not yet found adverse reactions,the recurrence rate is low,is a relatively safe and effective treatment.
