Clinical Observation Of Zhengqingfengtongning Injection Combined With Small Needle-knife For The Treatment Of The Wind-cold-dampness Syndrome Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective:Provided a possible new clinical method and experimental basis for zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small needle-knife in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness syndromeof scapulohumeral periarthritis.The efficacy of zhengqingfengtongning injection therapy,small needle-knife therapy and zhengqingfengtongning injection combin-ed with small needle-knife for wind-cold-dampness syndromeof scapul ohumeral periarthritis was comprehensively compared to provide the o ptimal scheme for clinical treatment.Method:108 cases of the wind-cold-dampness syndromeof scapulohumeral periarthritis patients,according to the random number table,being divided into zhengqingfengtongning injection group(group A),small needle-knife group(group B),zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small needle-knife group(group C),36 cases in each group.Observed and recorded scores of every items of shoulder joint function evaluation scale,ROM(R),ADL(A),VAS pain scale score,then assessed the clinical curative effect based on the score by SPSS 21.0.Result:1.There were significant differences in the scores of shoulder function evaluation scale,ROM(R),ADL(A)and VAS between the three groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).2.After treatment,there was no significant difference between zhengqing fengtongning injection combined with small needle-knife group in shoulder joint function evaluation scale score,ROM(R)score,ADL(A)score,VAS score,total effective rate(93.8% in Zhengqingfengtongning injection group,82.8% in small needle-knife group,96.8% in Zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small needle-knife group)and Zhengqingfengtongning injection group(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between Zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small needle-knife group and small needle knife group(P < 0.05).4.There was no statistical difference in the safety of the three groups after treatment(P >0.05),it shows that the three treatments are safe for the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Conclusion:It is safe and reliable to use Zhengqingfengtongning injection alone,small needle-knife alone,Zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small needle-knife in the treatment of shoulder leakage of wind-cold-dampness type.It has good clinical efficacy.It can improve shoulder joint activity,daily functional activities and relieve pain of patients.Compared with small needle-knife group,Zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small-needle knife group and Zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small needle knife group.Zhengqingfengtongning injection group is more effective in treating shoulder leakage of wind-cold-dampness type,but Zhengqingfengtongning injection combined with small needl-knife therapy group can reduce the cost and time of patients compared with Zhengqingfengtongning injection group.
