Clinical Study On Lingguibafa Combined With Conventional Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Of Wind Cold Dampness Type

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of Linggui eight methods combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder of wind-cold-dampness type by observing the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of periarthritis of shoulder pain,shoulder joint function assessment(Constant-Murley)and the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,and to further provide the basis for clinical promotion.Methods: 64 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Lingguibafa combined with conventional acupuncture and Moxibustion: the points opened by Lingguibafa at the time of treatment were supplemented with Jianluo,Jianluo,Jianqian,Jianzhen,Fengchi,Dazhui and yinlingquan.After lifting,inserting,twisting and getting Qi,the needle was kept for 30 minutes.During the needle retention period,the magic lamp therapeutic apparatus was used to irradiate the affected area.After taking out the needle,select the cupping pot with appropriate size according to the condition of the affected shoulder.After flashing,knock the cupping pot on the affected shoulder pain point,Tianzong,Jianzhen,shouldering and other parts,and keep the cupping pot for 10 minutes.During the period,pay attention to inquire and observe the patients to prevent scalding.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture: main points: Jianyu,Jianliao,Jianqian,Jianzhen;dialectical matching points:Fengchi,Dazhui,yinlingquan;after lifting,inserting,twisting and turning to get Qi,the needle was kept for 30 minutes,and the affected area was irradiated with magic lamp therapeutic instrument during the needle retention period.After taking out the needle,select the cupping pot with appropriate size according to the condition of the affected shoulder.After flashing,knock the cupping pot on the affected shoulder pain point,Tianzong,Jianzhen,shouldering and other parts,and keep the cupping pot for 10 minutes.During the period,pay attention to inquire and observe the patients to prevent scalding.The two groups were treated with acupuncture three times a week and cupping once a week for four consecutive weeks as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of shoulder pain before and after treatment was compared between the two groups Constant Murley shoulder function scale was used to evaluate the curative effect.Results:(1)In terms of clinical efficacy,in the treatment group,9 cases were cured,21 cases were improved,and 2 cases were not cured.The total effective rate was 93.75%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,20 cases were improved and 9 cases were not cured.The total effective rate was71.87%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)In VAS score,both groups can be improved.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing VAS score,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)In terms of constant Murley score,both groups could be improved.The constant Murley score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Lingguibafa combined with conventional acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group can effectively reduce VAS score and improve constant Murley score.(2)Lingguibafa combined with conventional acupuncture decreased VAS score and increased constant Murley score more significantly than conventional acupuncture.(3)Lingguibafa combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind cold dampness type has better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture,which is worthy of further clinical application.
