Comparison Of New Minimally Invasive Treatment And The Clavicular Hook Plate In The Treatment Of Acute Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of new double loop plate minimally invasive treatment and clavicular hook plate on acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods: 30 cases with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with clavicular hook plate or new double loop plate minimally invasive treatment.The broken acromioclavicular ligament or coracoclavicular ligament was repaired indirectly or directly in all the cases(30 cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation: clavicular hook plate in 17 cases,new double loop plate minimally invasive treatment in 13 cases).The outcomes were evaluated.VAS score was used to evaluate the results of postoperative pain,and the ULCA score and the Constant-Murley Score were used to evaluate the action results.Results: There was no statistical difference in age,sex ratio,cause of injury,side injury,length of stay and length of operation.Compared to the two treatments,the clinical effect of the double loop plate was better than the hook plate in the length of incision,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the VAS score,the UCLA score and the Constant-Murley Score.Conclusion: Compared with hook plate surgery,double loop steel plate new minimally invasive treatment has less trauma,beauty(two small incision),better clinical curative effect,and does not need the second operation to remove the hook plate.
