Clinical Observation On Gushen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction In Treatmenting Diabetic Kidney Disease And Its Effect On NF-κB、I-κB

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of GUshen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction in the treatment of Diabetic kidney disease and its effect on NF-κB aind I-κB and UBA52,analyzing the correlation between NF-κB pathway and UBA52,to explore the mechanism of this prescription in the treatment of Diabetic kidney disease.Methods:Select 2018 sep 2016 to make a diagnosis and give treatment of DKD 60 patients withⅡ-Ⅳ period,were divided randomly into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group,two groups of foundation treatment,foundatio n treament of main control blood sugar and blood pressure,on the basis of fo undation treatmenttreatment group taking solid renal dainage turbidity and complex(:40g of radix astragalus root,15g of codonopsis codonopsis,10g of cornus officinalis,20g of Chinese yam,20g of herba ophiopogonis,30g of herba ophiopogonis,15g of hizoma zedoariae,30g of radix paeoniae rubra,15g of rhizoma tuber were all treated for 2 months.Results:The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 66.67%and 86.67%,respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the diff’erence was significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment,compared with before this treatment can be found that after treatment HbAlc,Scr,BUN,GFR,MAlb,ACR gradually eased,and statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01),two groups of patients after treatment the NF-κB and I-κB predominate was decreased,the compared with group before treatment(P<0.01,the difference is obvious.There is statistical significance,compared with the control group,treatment group fell better.UBA52 was significantly correlated with NF-κB and I-κB before and after treatment,P<0.01.Conclusion:Solid kidney and clear turbidity and collaturation can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of HbA1c,MAlb,ACR,Scr and BUN in diabetic nephropathy patients,improve the glomerular filtration rate,and significantly reduce the level of proteinuria compared with before treatment.The improvement of NF-κB s I-κB and UBA52 in diabetic nephropathy patients was better in the treatment group than in the control group.The mechanism of action may be to improve the damage of renal tubular epithelial cells,and provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of Diabetic kidney disease.
