Evaluation Of Clinical Curative Effects Of Erqing Soup Auxiliary Treatment On Children With Mycoplasma Pneumonia(Phlegm Hotly Shutting The Lung)

Objective : Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Erqing Decoction in treating children with pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia Methods : 74 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and heat-closed lung syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,37 cases in each group.The two groups were given anti-infective treatment with azithromycin.The experimental group was treated with Erqing Decoction.The group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution for 3 courses.The main index scores of the two groups before and after treatment(fever,cough,sputum,asthma,lung auscultation),secondary index scores,total score,Laboratory tests(white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio,lymphocyte ratio,serum C-reactive protein,Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody),adverse reactions,and statistical analysis of all data using statistical software SPSS25.0,in conclusion.Results:(1)Intra-group comparison: the total score of the two groups before and after treatment decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups of drugs can effectively improve the overall symptoms and signs of children;the main indicators(fever,cough,phlegm obstruction,asthma,lung auscultation)scores of the two groups before and after treatment decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups of drugs were effective in improving the overall symptoms and signs of children.It can improve fever,cough,phlegm obstruction,asthma and lung auscultation in children.The leucocyte count,neutrophil ratio and lymphocyte ratio of the two groups had no significant change before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the serum C-reactive protein of the two groups was significantly decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparisons between groups: After treatment,the scores of main indicators,secondary indicators and total scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement of overall symptoms and signs in the experimental group was better than that in the control group;after treatment,the scores of fever,asthma andlung auscultation in the two groups were similar,with no significant difference(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The improvement of fever,asthma and pulmonary auscultation of the two groups was similar;the scores of cough and phlegm obstruction in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the drug in the experimental group was better than that in the control group in improving the symptoms of cough and phlegm obstruction;there was no significant difference in the results of laboratory examinations between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).The results showed that the two groups had similar effects on leukocyte count,neutrophil ratio,lymphocyte ratio and serum C-reactive protein.The negative conversion rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),which showed that the curative effect of the experimental group was definite and better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.60%,and that of the control group was83.78%.Chi-square test showed a significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)by rank sum test,indicating that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(3)The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.4% in the experimental group and 21.6% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the adverse reactions in the experimental group were less than those in the control group.Conclusion : Erqing Decoction is effective in treating children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with phlegm-heat-blocking lung syndrome.It can effectively alleviate the overall symptoms and signs of children,significantly improve the symptoms of cough and phlegm obstruction in children,and has less adverse reactions.
