Therapeutic Effect Of Huayu Zhike Decoction Combined With Azithromycin On Children With Mycoplasma Pneumoniae And Deficiency Of Lung Qi And Spleen

Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of self-made huayu zhike recipe combined with Azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children and Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with Azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children,to observe the superiority of self-made huayu zhike formula combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,so as to provide a new method and thought for clinical treatment.Methods: 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia(deficiency of lung and Spleen Qi)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases each).treatment group: Oral Administration of self-made Huayu zhike recipe and intravenous injection of Azithromycin 10-15 mg / kg once a day.control group: Shenlingbaizhu powder was given orally,and 10-15 mg / kg Azithromycin was given intravenously,once a day.treatment group,control group treatment 7 days for a course of treatment,1 course of treatment after the end of comparison.The two groups of children before and after the treatment of symptoms score,according to the score,the use of statistical software SPSS20.0 analysis and comparison,draw conclusions.Both groups were followed up for 1 month after treatment.Results: There were 30 cases in the treatment group,1 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective and 2 case was ineffective.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%.Of the 30 cases in the control group,0 were cured,5 were markedly effective,22 were effective and 3 were ineffective.The total effective rate in the control group was 90%.By rank sum test,P < 0.05(P = 0.000),there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,indicating that the treatment group had significant effect.The treatment group is better than the control group in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.The self-made Huayu Zhike formula combined with azithromycin provides a new method in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Conclusion: The prescription of removing blood stasis and relieving cough combinedwith azithromycin has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia(deficiency of lung and spleen)in children.Although shenling baizhu powder is a representative prescription of the method of earthen growth,it can supplement the qi of children’s spleen and stomach and also the qi of children’s lungs.However,the self-designed prescription for removing blood stasis and relieving cough has better efficacy in improving children’s cough,fever,children’s diet,erbian condition,chest DR and other aspects than shenling baizhu powder,with good safety and no toxic and side effects.
