The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture On The Theory Of Biaoben And Genjie For Hepatobiliary H.-S.tinnitus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the Theory of BiaoBen and GenJie for hepatobiliary H.-S.tinnitus,to explain the principle of acupuncture on the Theory of BiaoBen and GenJie,evaluate its effectiveness,and provide new clinical treatment ideas,so as to provide support for further improving the clinical treatment effect of tinnitus.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.30 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group selected acupuncture treatment according to the Theory of BiaoBen and GenJie and selected Zuqiaoyin,Tinggong,Tinghui,Zhongfeng,Ganshu,Dadun,Yutang,Shenshu,while the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment.Treat 5 times a week and rest 2 days.After 4 weeks,the patients’ tinnitus symptom scores and hearing recovery were evaluated and the clinical efficacy of the two methods was compared.Result:1.In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.3%.Comparison between the two groups P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The difference of tinnitus score and hearing condition before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in tinnitus scores and hearing status before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment was completed,the tinnitus scores and hearing status of the two groups were compared,and the P value was less than 0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.According to the Theory of BiaoBen and GenJie to acupuncture treatment for tinnitus and conventional acupuncture have good curative effects on tinnitus.2.By comparing the two methods before and after treatment of tinnitus scores and hearing conditions,we concluded that the efficacy of selecting acupuncture points in the treatment of tinnitus based on Biaoben Genjie acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture,which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of tinnitus.3.Based on the full use of the overall concept and syndrome differentiation,this study will further use the Biaoben Genjie theory of the specimens to select points such as Zuqiaoyin,Tinggong,Tinghui,Zhongfeng,Ganshu,Dadun and Yutang so as to communicate with each other.Before and after the role of the joint,plus Shenshu points from the overall concept of Chinese medicine to suppress the liver’s catharsis too,to achieve the purpose of peace,using traditional Chinese medicine theory to guide clinical practice.
