Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency By Anti-Heart Failure Prescription

Objective:Heart failure is a common prescription used by Mr.Wang to treat heart and kidney yang deficiency chronic heart.This study was designed to observe the changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,NT-proBNP level of cardiac function and heart color Doppler sonography(CDFI)in patients with chronic heart failure due to deficiency of heart-kidney yang in combination with conventional western medicine.To confirm the clinical effect of Xinshuai recipe in treating chronic heart failure,and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:The 56 people were all chronic heart failure patients,who were treated from March 2016 to October 2017 in the cardiology clinic of Shanxi Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital.they were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 28)and control group(n = 28).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for chronic heart failure,namely enalapril maleate,metoprolol tartrate,furosemide,digoxin.Treatment group on the basis of the control group plus heart failure prescription1 dose per day,with warm water.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of NT-proBNPs,NT-proBNPs and the changes of color Doppler ultrasound were used to observe the therapeutic effect of recipe on chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart and kidney yang.All data are analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results:1.According to the comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased after treatment,but the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.According to the comparison of Lee's integral between the two groups before and after treatment,the scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P< 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.According to the observation of the improvement of the two groups of cardiac function classification,the heart function of the two groups was improved after treatment.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.According to the comparison of NT-proBNP before and after treatment,BNP in both groups was decreased,but the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.According to the results of color Doppler echocardiography before and after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: 1.Conventional western medicine combined with heart failure prescription can significantly improve the symptoms of heart failure and heart function in patients with CHF with deficiency of heart and kidney yang.It is an effective treatment scheme for CHF with deficiency of heart and kidney yang combined with western medicine.2.Heart failure prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CHF patients with asthenia of heart and kidney yang,improve cardiac function,delay the CHF process and improve the quality of life of the patients.3.The routine laboratory examination indexes of Heart failure prescription in treating CHF with deficiency of heart and kidney yang were not obviously abnormal,no adverse reactions occurred,and the safety was high.
