Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Infertility Caused By Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Bushenzhuluan Decoction Combined With Letrozol

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Zhuluan decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome,and to study its mechanism of action,so as to provide a theoretical basis and treatment for the treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Bushen Zhuluan decoction+letrozole)and control group(letrozole),with 30 cases in each group.During the 3-month cycle of continuous treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with TCM syndrome scores,sex hormone levels(LH,F SH,T,LH/F SH),AMH,BBT determination,endometrial thickness,number of follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm,ovulation,ovarian volume,pregnancy rate and total effective rate,and observed the changes of the condition before and after treatment.Results:1.Total effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,and the P<0.05 was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant.2.Pregnancy rate:the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.Sex hormones and AMH:After treatment,T and AMH were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but not in regulating FSH(P>0.05).The levels of LH,T,LH/FSH and AMH in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.4.Ovulation rate:the ovulation rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.B ultrasound related indicators:after treatment,both groups can reduce the volume of ovaries,adjust the number of 2-9mm follicles,improve the thickness of the endometrium on the day of ovulation,and the treatment group has a better effect than the control group.6.BBT determination:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.TCM symptoms:Both groups can improve TCM symptoms,and the efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).8.Safety indicators:There were no abnormalities in the three major routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.There were no adverse effects during the administration in either group.Conclusion:Bushen Zhuluan decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,significantly increase pregnancy rate,ovulation rate,regulate sex hormone levels,improve the thickness of the endometrium on the day of ovulation,reduce the number of immature follicles,reduce the volume of ovaries,and have no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,with good development prospects,worthy of further promotion and application.
