Clinical Study Of Gancao Xiexin Decoction Combined With Moxibustion For Anal Eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with Wupi Qufeng Zhiyang Ointment moxibustion in the treatment of anal eczema,in order to provide clinical ideas for the application of classical prescriptions and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anal eczema.Metheods:With 72 cases of anal eczema patients and the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group,The treatment group was treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with medicated moxibustion;the control group was treated with oral ebastine tablets and triamcinolone acetonide Econazole cream;the treatment group lost 3 cases,the control group lost 2 cases,67 cases were observed,33 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.The treatment lasted for 7 days and lasted for 2consecutive courses.Evaluation of two groups of patients with pruritus degree,skin lesion area,rash morphology,skin moisture and other indicators to judge the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Self-comparison between treatment group and control group①After one course of treatment and two courses of treatment,the total scores of itching degree,skin lesion area,skin rash shape,skin moist symptoms and symptoms in treatment group and control group were improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).②One course of treatment compared with before treatment,two courses of treatment compared with one course of treatment: treatment group and control group in itching degree,skin lesion area,skin rash morphology,skin moist symptoms and symptoms of the total score was improved compared with before treatment,withstatistical significance(P < 0.05).③Before and after 2 courses of treatment,the total scores of symptoms in subacute and chronic stages of treatment group and control group were better than those before treatment(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between treatment group and control group①After one course of treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of itching degree,skin lesion area,rash morphology,skin humidity and total score of symptoms(P > 0.05).②After two courses of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in itching degree,skin lesion area and skin moist symptom score improvement(P < 0.05),the treatment group had no difference in skin lesion shape score compared with the control group(P > 0.05),and the treatment group had better improvement in total symptom score than the control group(P < 0.05).③The treatment group and the control group after 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group in subacute stage the total symptom score and efficacy compared with the control group had no difference(P > 0.05),the treatment group compared with the control group chronic total symptom score and the curative effect,the treatment group than the control group(P > 0.05).(3)After 2 months follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 13.0%,while that of the control group was 35.7%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Oral Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with medicated moxibustion and oral ebastine and triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream are effective in the treatment of subacute and chronic anal eczema.The long-term effect of oral liquorice Xiexin decoction combined with medicated moxibustion is better than oral ebastine and triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream external rubbing;in the treatment of chronic anal eczema,the treatment group can significantly improve the skin lesion area,skin rash shape,itching degree of patients.The treatment group was superior to the control group,with low recurrence rate and few side effects.It can treat anal eczema safely and effectively.It is worthy of clinical application.
