Study On The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment About Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula In Treatise On Febrile Diseases Dased On Data Analysis

Objective: In this study,the general data,disease types,clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse,prescriptions and other items in the medical records of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula in Treatise on Febrile Diseases were excavated,and the rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment were analyzed to explore the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the rules of clinical application of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula,so as to provide objective basis for accurate clinical application of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula to improve clinical efficacy.Methods: With "Banxia Xiexin Decoction","Gancao Xiexin Decoction","Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction ","Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction" and "Fuzi Xiexin Decoction" as the subject words,they were searched through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)、 CQVIP and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,searched the relevant clinical application medical case reports of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula from 1950 to 2021,and screened them layer by layer according to the relevant standards formulated,and finally selected the documents that met the standards to obtain effective medical cases.The effective data in the medical records were entered into Microsoft Excel tables to construct the medical record literature database.Using SPSS26.0 statistical software,the name of the disease,symptoms,tongue,pulse,dosage and the frequency and proportion of added drugs were statistically analyzed.Results: 1.General data: the number of effective medical records and literature: Banxia Xiexin Decoction > Gancao Xiexin Decoction > Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction > Fuzi Xiexin decoction > Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction.There was no significant difference in the proportion of male and female patients,and the age of onset was mostly between 20 and 60 years old.2.Clinical diagnosis: Banxia Xiexin Decoction involves 58 diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,mainly including stomachache,pi-syndrome,diarrhea,abdominal pain and insomnia;it involves 100 diseases of western medicine,mainly including chronic gastritis,insomnia,peptic ulcer,oral ulcer and bile reflux gastritis.Gancao Xiexin Decoction involves48 kinds of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,mainly including aphtha,Huhuo disease,diarrhea,pi-syndrome and stomachache,and 71 kinds of diseases in western medicine,mainly including Behcet’s disease,oral ulcer,chronic gastritis and acne.Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction involves 17 kinds of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,mainly diarrhea,pisyndrome,abdominal pain,stomachache and insomnia,and 33 kinds of diseases in western medicine,mainly acute gastroenteritis,acute diarrhea,chronic gastritis and insomnia.Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction involves 45 diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,among which stomachache,blood syndrome,pi-syndrome,abdominal pain and aphtha are the most common;and 52 diseases of western medicine,among which acute gastroenteritis,chronic gastritis,diabetes and acute suppurative tonsillitis are the most common.Fuzi Xiexin Decoction involves 33 kinds of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,most of which are pi-syndrome,blood syndrome,aphtha,diarrhea and constipation;and 48 kinds of diseases in western medicine,most of which are chronic gastritis,acute gastroenteritis,functional constipation and oral ulcer.3.Tongue imague: Except for Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction is pastel,the tongue of other four Xiexin Decoctions is mainly red.In the aspect of tongue coating,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Gancao Xiexin Decoction and Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction were basically the same,mainly yellow and greasy.Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction is white and greasy,and Fuzi Xiexin Decoction is mainly white tongue coating.4.Pulse condition: Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Gancao Xiexin Decoction and Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction are mainly characterized by wiry and slippery pulse.Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction is slippery and rapid.The pulse of Fuzi Xiexin Decoction is deep and thready.5.The common basic symptoms were anorexia,abdominal distension,loose stool,nausea,vomiting and borborygmus.6.Efficacy of the main added drugs: According to the efficacy classification,the main added drugs of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula are mostly tonifying drugs,followed by heat-clearing drugs,exterior-relieving drugs,qi-regulating drugs,and then diuretic and dampness-eliminating drugs.Conclusion:1.In the prescription of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula,Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Gancao Xiexin Decoction have the widest range of modern clinical application,involving the most diseases in Chinese and western medicine,while the clinical application of other Xiexin Decoction needs to be further explored and expanded.2.In the modern clinical application of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula,the diseases of spleen and stomach system still account for the highest proportion and involve the most diseases.3.The high frequency tongue of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula is mainly red and light,the high frequency tongue coating is mainly yellow and greasy,the high frequency pulse is mainly wiry and slippey,and the mixed cold and heat are the high frequency diseases syndrome.4.According to the classification of efficacy,the main added drugs of Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula are mostly tonifying drugs,followed by heat-clearing drugs,exteriorrelieving drugs,qi-regulating drugs,and then diuretic and dampness-eliminating drugs,which reflects the Xiexin Decoction Categorized Formula pay attention to the balance of cold and heat,the combination of attack and tonification,and the harmony of yin and Yang.
