| Objective:Discuss the curative effect and safety on compound stemona dehumidification itching liquid external treatment Subacute Eczema around anus.Method:According to the strictly standards to choose sixty cases of medical with the random and balance principle divided into the treatment group and control group,each group of patients with30cases. The treatment group external the compound stemona dehumidification itching liquid,twice daily.The control group use the skin-health lotion,twice daily. Before and after treatment,according to the standard of evaluation for the Subacute Eczema around anus is clinical symptoms and her lesions on scoring, determination of liver and kidney function, in order to compare the clinical curative effect and safety between the two groups.Result:Three weeks after the analysis of the results of drug:On the clinical curative effect, the treatment group and control group each has30cases patients. The total effective rate were ninety percent and sixty three point three three percent in the treatment group, p<0.05,the difference have the statistically significant.Results show that compound stemona dehumidification itching liquid is obviously superior to the skin-health lotion on treatment Subacute Eczema around anus. On safety, the treatment group in the treatment of disease before and after, patients with liver and kidney function change the through statistics processing,p>0.05, the difference no have the statistically significantly. Results show that compound stemona dehumidification itching liquid not significantly affect to the liver and kidney function,can be use assured.Conclusion:Compound stemona dehumidification itching liquid has clear heat drying wet qufeng insecticidal antipruritic effect,in the treatment about Subacute Eczema around anus have definite effect,the total effective rate is obviously higher than that of the control group. It no have skin sensitization,no liver and kidney damage, did not see obvious side effects, safe and reliable. |
