| Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of insomnia on TCM syndromes and dynamic blood pressure characteristics of patients with Hypertension Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess,and to explore the clinical manifestations of the theory of "Heart Govern the Spirit Light" in order to clarify the traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine and to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Practice provides a theoretical basis.Methods:Hypertension Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess were enrolled in the study.90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into insomnia group and control group.Collect patient history data,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,ambulatory blood pressure monitoring results,etc.,observe and compare the average blood pressure level,blood pressure standard deviation,morning blood pressure level,TCM syndrome scores and other indicators in the two groups,observe the insomnia group patients between the subgroups The average blood pressure level,blood pressure standard deviation,morning blood pressure level and other indicators,and correlation analysis,statistical method count data using chi-square test,measurement data using independent sample t test,correlation analysis using Kendall’s tau-b grade correlation coefficient analysis.Results:1.Mean blood pressure:24hSBP was significantly higher in the insomnia group than in the control group(P<0.05).The nSBP of the insomnia group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).The nDBP of the insomnia group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in 24hDBP,dSBP,dDBP and morning DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Morning blood pressure:The morning SBP of the patients in the insomnia group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).The difference of DBP between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Blood pressure circadian rhythm:The diff-erence of blood pressure circadian rhythm between the insomnia group and the control group was analyzed.The blood pressure sputum ratio(8.9%)of the insomnia group was significantly lower than that of the control group(35.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The proportion of blood pressure ruminant type in the insomnia group(40.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the blood pressure was not f-ound in the two groups.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the proportions of sputum,non-sputum,sputum and super sputum between the three groups of insomnia patients(P>0.05).4.Blood pressure variability:24hSSD,24hDSD,dSSD,dDSD,nSSD and nDSD in the insomnia group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).5.Correlation analysis:Correlation analysis between insomnia degree and dynamic blood pressure and standard deviation of blood pressure in patients with insomnia showed that there was a strong correlation between 24hSBP and insomnia,the correlation coefficient was 0.743(P<0.001);nSBP and insomnia had Strong correlation,the correlation coefficient was 0.789(P<0.001);there was a strong correlation between SBP and insomnia in early morning,the correlation coefficient was 0.754(P<0.001);the correlation coefficient between 24hSSD and insomnia was 0.811(P<0.001),24hSSD There is a strong correlation with the degree of insomnia.No correlation was found between the other dynamic blood pressure data and the degree of insomnia(P>0.05).6.The palpitations,forgetfulness,irritability,five upset fever and total sco res of the patients in the insomnia group were higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).No difference was found between the two groups.Significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:There are many female patients with Hypertension Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess and insomnia;insomnia can cause systolic blood pressure,nighttime systolic blood pressure,nighttime diastolic blood pressure and early morning blood pressure in patients with Hypertension Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess,and cause patients’ The circadian rhythm of blood pressure changes,it is prone to ruminant blood pressure,and it will lead to increased blood pressure variability.With the aggravation of insomnia,24h systolic blood pressure,night systolic blood pressure,morning blood pressure systolic blood pressure in patients with Hypertension Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess It also increases with different degrees,the degree of insomnia is related to it;insomnia can lead to yin deficiency,impotence,hyperthyroidism,palpitations,forgetfulness,irritability,and five upset symptoms,aggravating the symptoms of yin deficiency and impotence Clinical symptoms;the function of the main god is impaired,the heart as the official of the monarch can not normally dominate the yin and yang changes of the human body,leading to yin and yang,which can be manifested as insomnia,or can affect the blood function of the heart due to the agitating dysfunction of yang,resulting in elevated blood pressure Increase the symptoms of Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess in patients. |
