| Obj ective:To observe the effect of,tiaoshenchangqing sanliujiu"acupuncture on the behavior of PD rats with constipation,and the AW CD value and Shannon index of intestinal flora.On the basis of this,the relevant mechanism of the needle-regulating needle method was discussed through the observation of the western medicine and the conventional acupuncture.Methods:PD rat model was prepared by 6-hydroxy dopamine single striatum double target injection.6 weeks after surgery,the behavior changes induced by apomorphine were used to test whether the PD model was successful.After the success of the PD model,the rats with PD and constipation were prepared by loperamide gavage,and the success of the model was determined by detecting the first black defecation time and fecal moisture content.Rats were divided into the normal group,the sham operation group,the model group,the western medicine group,the conventional acupuncture group and the tiaoshen acupuncture group.After 14 days of treatment,the behavior was tested and the feces and stool of rats were collected.The influence of different intervention methods on intestinal flora of the rats with PD constipation was analyzed by the biolog-eco method.Results:(1)Compared with the normal group,the behavioral indexes of rats in the model group were significantly different(P<0.05).Intestinal flora AW CD value and Shannon index were significantly decreased(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the model group,the behavioral indexes of rats in the western medicine group,the conventional acupuncture group and the tiaoshen acupuncture group were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intestinal flora AWCD value and Shannon index between the western medicine group and the acupuncture group(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(3)Compared with western medicine group,there was no significant difference in behavioral indicators between tiaoshen acupuncture group(P>0.05)and conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,the two acupuncture groups had significant advantages in intestinal flora AWCD value and shannon index(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the conventional acupuncture group,the behavioral symptoms of tiaoshen acupuncture group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Intestinal flora AWCD value and Shannon index were increased with statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)In improving the rotation times of PD with constipation,the time of first black stool excretion and the moisture content of feces,the acupuncture treatment of "tiaoshenchangqing。anliujiu" can almost achieve the effect of western medicine treatment,and it is superior to the conventional acupuncture treatment.(2)Acupuncture therapy and routine acupuncture treatment could significantly increase the AWCD value and Shannon index of intestinal flora,and the acupuncture method of tiaoshenchangqingsanliujiu" was superior to the conventional acupuncture method,but the western medicine had no significant effect on the above indexes.The results showed that the acupuncture method could significantly increase the AWCD value and Shannon index of intestinal flora,and the acupuncture method was superior to the conventional acupuncture method,but the western medicine had no significant effect on the above indexes.(3)One of the mechanisms of acupuncture is to improve theactivity and diversity of intestinal flora. |
