Clinical Study Of Zirong Decoction In The Treatment Of Male Infertility

Objective:The purpose of this study is to prove the clinical efficacy and safety of Zirong decoction in treating male infertility.To improve the academic thought and theoretical connotation of Associate Professor Tongzhigang,and to provide more effective treatment for clinical patients.Methods: 1.According to the diagnostic criteria of male infertility in western medicine and the syndrome differentiation criteria of kidney Yang deficiency in Chinese medicine,72 cases of patients were accepted,and the accepted patients were judged to be middle or not according to the criteria of eviscerating and detachment,so as to meet the criteria of eviscerating and detachment.2.After the start of the study,72 patients with purple rong decoction were given Chinese medicine decoction for treatment.This study included 0-7days and 84±7 days of treatment.In the course of this study,the scores of patients with TCM symptoms were evaluated on 0-7 days,28±7 days,56±7 days,and 84±7 days.After the end of the study,the statistical method was used to analyze the therapeutic effect of zirong decoction.Results: The results of this study showed that after four stages of follow-up,symptoms of Chinese medicine,chills,cold,lower back and lower knees,erectile dysfunction,mental dysfunction,and delayed pulse were all significantly improved or even disappeared,P<0.05;After treatment,the semen volume and semen density were significantly increased,P<0.05;the percentages of grade a,b and a+b spermatozoa were higher than before treatment,P<0.05.This experimental study shows that Zirong Decoction can effectively improve the quality of semen in patients and achieve clinical treatment goals.Conclusion: Zirong soup can improve the patient's systemic fatigue,cold cold limbs,soft waist and knees,cold pubic organs,Yang things do not lift,toilet clean long and other diseases;The mechanism is to improve the sperm density,increase the child activity rate,a and a + b sperm percentage,and then achieve the purpose of treating male sterility with renal Yang deficiency and decay.
