Meta Analysis Of Tripterygium Wilfordii In The Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective: Through the Meta analysis and evaluation of the literature on the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy by Tripterygium wilfordii,it lays a theoretical foundation for the clinical treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.To provide evidence-based medicine for the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy by Tripterygium wilfordii.Methods: Retrieve Cochrane Library(Database establish-2018 December),EMBASE OVID(Database establish-2018 December),Pubmed(Database establish-2018 December),CNKI(Database establish-2018 December),Wan Fang(from database construction to December 2018),Viper database(Database established until December 2018),using tripterygium wilfordii,Tripterygium wilfordii and immune agents,idiopathic membranous nephropathy,nephrotic syndrome,meta analysis of,Idiopathic membranou S nephropathy,Tripteryium glycosides and other related words are the key words,search the relevant literature,and score the relevant documents by Jadad,3 or more are regarded as high quality.The author,year,treatment method and time of medication were arranged and analyzed by Revman5.3 software.Results: According to the search keywords,127 articles were retrieved,including 124 in Chinese and 3 in English.By reading title,abstract and full text,94 articles of repetitive title and repetitive content were eliminated.According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,literature review,systematic evaluation,animal and cell experiments,there were17 articles which did not meet the requirements of this study.11 articles with clinical observation time less than 3 months were excluded.The remaining 5 articles met the criteria of this study,and all of them were Chinese literature.There were 159 cases in the treatment group and 163 cases in the control group.Clinical treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy There was no heterogeneity in the complete remission rate,partial remission rate and total remission rate in the treatment group.By Meta analysis,the complete remission rate of all the treatment groups was [OR=1.92(1.19,3.10),P=0.008].The partialremission rate was [OR=0.99(0.63,1.56),P=0.98],and the total remission rate was[OR=2.02(1.22,3.32),P=0.006].The results of the above two analyses proved that Tripterygium wilfordii was effective in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.There is statistical significance.And to treat idiopathic by using tripterygium wilfordii The clinical efficacy of membranous nephropathy at3?6?12months,the total remission rate of 3months [OR=3.05(1.42,6.54),P=0.004]?the total remission rate of 6 months [OR=2.36(1.31,4.24),P=0.004] and the total remission rate of 12 months [OR=2.15(1.01,4.56),P=0.05].It was not clear whether there was a correlation between drug use time and efficacy.Conclusion:Tripterygium wilfordii combined with other related drugs in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy was more effective than other drugs alone,and the side effects were not significantly increased.
