Clinical Observation Of Magnetic Circular Needle Acupuncture Treatment Of Dorsal Fasciitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of magnetic round plum needle treatment of back muscle fasciitis,explore the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease initially,and evaluate its efficacy.Methods:From January to December 2018,86 patients with aortic fasciitis who met the inclusion criteria in the acupuncture department and inpatients of the Third Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received common acupuncture.Give the treatment of magnetic round plum,5 times for a course of treatment,and 2 courses for treatment.The patients’ visual analog scales VAS,tenderness scores,and dysfunction were scored before and after treatment.Statistical analysis of the clinical efficacy of magnetic round plum needle and acupuncture treatment of back muscle fasciitis.Results:1.The VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared in the group before and after treatment.The results showed that the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The VAS scores of the two groups were compared between the groups.The results showed that the VAS scores of the magnetic acupuncture treatment group were significantly lower than those of the common acupuncture control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.The tenderness scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared in the group before and after treatment.The results showed that the scores of the tenderness scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than the previous ones(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The tenderness scores of the two groups were compared between groups.The score of tenderness score in the treatment group of the magnetic round plum needle was lower than that of the normal acupuncture control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.The dysfunction of the treatment group and the control group were compared in the group before and after treatment.The results showed that the dysfunction scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference wasstatistically significant.The dysfunction scores of the two groups were compared between the groups.The results showed that the dysfunction scores of the magnetic acupuncture treatment group were significantly lower than those of the common acupuncture control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Safety analysis: No adverse events occurred in the study.Conclusion:(1)Treatment of back fasciitis with magnetic round plum needle is better than ordinary acupuncture.(2)Magnetic round plum treatment of the back muscle fasciitis can significantly reduce the pain level,tenderness symptoms,and significantly improve the patient’s dysfunction.(3)Magnetic round needle is easy to operate,safe,and inexpensive,and worth promoting.
