Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Hysteresis Moving Needle Therapy To Treat Back Muscle Fasciitis

Purpose : Mainly verify lag the needle treatment the clinical curative effect of back muscle fasciitis,provide for the application of the hysteresis dynamic acupuncture clinical objective basis.Method: Select 60 patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and rheumatology according to simple random list,and divide into the hysteresis move needle group and the control group.Hysteresis move needle group(30 cases)with hysteresis needle therapy,the control group(30 cases)was treated by ion introduction instrument compared the observational study.Result:A course of treatment,hysteresis move needle group total effectiveness 90.00%,the control group total effectiveness 73.33%,statistical software SPSS17 by rank and test analysis,P =0.016,there was a significant difference observed in both groups compared with statistical significance(p < 0.05),and the hysteresis needle group curative effect is better than that of the control group.After treatment,two groups of patients with visual analogue score and oswestry disability index,is different than before the treatment and hysteresis moving needle group and the control group have very big difference,have statistical significance(p <0.05).The two groups after treatment than before treatment in patients with the disease have markedly improved,and the hysteresis needle group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Hysteresis move needle group and ion introduction instrument treat back muscle fasciitis also can be improved to reduce patients’ clinical symptoms and signs,visual analogue score and oswestry disability index;The hysteresis needle group of back muscle fasciitis have a significant effect,and the hysteresis needle group is better than that of the control group.
