The Immediate Effect Of The Combination Of The Flat Thorn And The Spur Of The Daxu Point On The Pain Relief Of The Back Muscle Fasciitis

Aim:in this research,we apply horizontal insertion of needle,combine with moving treatment at da-zhu point for back fasciitis patients.Da-zhu point is the beginning of the first line of Bladder meridian.It is called boon meeting point.Through learning classical books,we think da-zhu point is a branch of Du-meridian,and also the meeting points of du-meridian and Bladder meridian.Furthermore,da-zhu point is safe and effective.Method:this research applies horizontal insertion of needle,combine with exercising treatment at da-zhu point for back fasciitis patients.Patient siting and expose back,doctor insert 1.5 cun needle horizontally along the subcutaneous,at the same time,ask patient if back pain is change or not.If it is not effective,we take out the needle and insert again,needle tip toward pain part.And combine with exercise.Retain needle for 10 mins.Nimodipine efficacy index and FPS-R are used to evaluate effective,before and after treatment.Result:40 patients are included in this research,female:36,male:2.The oldest is 78,the youngest is 23.Median ill age is 49.33.for Chinese medicine differentiation,24 cases are wind-wet-cold type,11 are qi and blood stagnation type,5 are qi and blood deficient deficiency type.There are no significant differences(P>0.05)between these 3 types of gender,age,and ill course.Nimodipine efficacy index evaluates the effective between 3 tapes,χ2= 1.76,P=0.624>0.05。this indicates our treatment method is useful for all type of back fasciitis.We also apply FPS-R to evaluate pain released,before treatment and after treatment,3 groups all have significant differences,wind-wet-cold type and qi and blood stagnation type appear P<0.001.qi and blood deficient deficiency type shows P<0.05.but between groups there is no significant difference P>0.05.this indicates this method is good for all Chinese medicine types.There are 28 cases are shoulder-back fasciitis,and 12 are low back fasciitis,interior-group P<0.001,and inter-group P>0.05,this indicates this method is effective for shoulder-back fasciitis and back fasciitis.Conclusion:da-zhu point apply horizontal insertion of needle combine with exercising treatment is very effective for release pain of back fasciitis patients.All type of Chinese medicine are suitable,and this method is very safe,and easy operation.
