Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after insomnia with awn needle through thron points of the DU meridian group, and to verify the clinical feasibility of the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after insomnia. In order to provide a reliable clinical treatment plan and a new diagnosis idea for acupunctural treatment of patients with insomnia after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: In this study,70 patients with insomnia after cerebral hemorrhage who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the awn needle penetration treatment group and the common acupuncture control group,35 cases in each group.Basic treatment and routine rehabilitation training for stroke were performed before treatment for all included patients. The treatment group was dealed with awn needle through thron points of the DU meridian group, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The two groups were treated continuously for 2 courses,2 weeks for 1 course,6 times a week for treatment, once a day,not for Sunday.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)survey scales were scored for all groups before and after treatment, and the following seven aspects were included:(1)sleep quality,(2)sleep time,(3)sleep disorders,(4)sleeping time,(5)sleep efficiency,(6)hypnotic use,(7)daytime dysfunction, the scores were analyzed by using statistical software and the conclusions were got. Results: 1.The general conditions(including gender, age, duration, etc.)of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed and found that P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable.2.After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.28% in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 74.28% in the control group. The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison before and after the group: In the treatment group and the control group, the scores of PSQI components and total scores before and after treatment were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the two treatment methods used in this study can improve the symptoms of insomnia after the treatment.4.Comparison after treatment between groups: The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the patient’s sleep quality, sleep time, sleeping time, sleep disturbance, and reducing the total score of PSQI scale(P<0.05).In terms of sleep efficiency, hypnotic use,and daytime dysfunction, the difference between the two groups was not important, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both the awn needle treatment and the common acupuncture method have improved symptoms in patients with insomnia after cerebral hemorrhage.2.The awn needle treatment group is superior to the common acupuncture control group in improving the sleep quality, sleep time, sleeping time and sleep disturbance of patients with insomnia after cerebral hemorrhage.3.The treatment of insomnia after cerebral hemorrhage by awn needle through thron points of the DU meridian group is better, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
