| Objectives Observe the clinical effect of five-line and seven-needle exercise therapy on upper limb motor dysfunction after cerebral hemorrhage, and to compare the effect with national standard scalp acupuncture exercise therapy,so as to provide an objective basis for the clinical effect of five-line and seven-needle exercise therapy on upper limb motor dysfunction after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 74 patients from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital and other departments applying for consultation in the undergraduate room were selected, and 74 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The treatment group was given five-line and seven-needle therapy, and the control group was given national standard scalp acupuncture therapy. The total course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function Scale(FMA),Wolf Upper Limb Motor Function Scale(WMFT)and Modified Barthel Index Scale(MBI)were compared between the two groups before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Acupuncture accident was taken as safety evaluation.Data analysis adopts SPSS22.0.Results 1 There was no statistical difference between two group in gender, age, course of disease(P > 0.05)2 FMA score: the scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P > 0.05),and the scores of the treatment group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were better than the control group(P < 0.05)3 WMFT score: The scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of the treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P > 0.05)4MBI score: The scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of the treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after 4weeks of treatment(P > 0.05)5 Efficacy analysis: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.The treatment group had better efficacy than the control group(P < 0.05)6 During the treatment, there were no obvious adverse events of acupuncture. Conclusions 1 Both five-line and seven-needle exercise therapy and national standard scalp acupuncture exercise therapy can effectively improve upper limb motor dysfunction after intracerebral hemorrhage.2 Compared with national standard scalp acupuncture exercise therapy,five-line and seven-needle exercise therapy has a obvious effect on alleviating upper limb motor dysfunction in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in short-term treatment, and has a obvious effect on optimizing the details of upper limb motor function in long-term treatment.Figure 3;Table 8;Reference 97... |
