Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Colles Fracture External Fixator

Objective:To observe the improvement of wrist joint pain,swelling,fracture healing and dysfunction of functional activity after Colles fracture external fixation with traditional chinese medicine,to ver ify the promoting effect of traditional chinese medicine in the process of fracture healing,and further applied and popular ized in clinical practice.Methods:60 cases of Colles fracture were collected from the Department of orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to January 2018 as the research object.60 subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,and 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external fixator.The experimental group was treated with external fixator fixation combined with TCM.The two treatment methods were compared and analyzed by swelling degree,swelling time,pain degree and pain relief time,fracture healing time and wrist function recovery.The recorded data were analyzed b y SPSS 20.0.Results:A.The two groups were compared in terms of sex,type of fracture,through?~2 test,there is no statistical difference(P>0.05);Age via single factor analysis of variance,there is no statistical difference,too(P>0.05),meet the requirements of the test.B.Analyzed by single factor analysis of variance,There is a statistical difference in the two groups of patients in the time of swelling and decline(P<0.05),the experimental group was shorter than the control group.C.Analyzed by single factor analysis of variance,There is a statistical difference in the two groups of patients in the pain relief time(P<0.05),the experimental group was shorter than the control group.D.Analyzed by single factor analysis of variance,There is a significant statistical difference in the two groups of patients in fracture healing time(P<0.01),the experimental group was shorter than the control group.E.Analyzed by X~2 test,There is a statistical difference in the two groups of patients in wrist function recovery(P<0.05)8 weeks after the operation,the experimental group was shorter than the control group.12 weeks later,There is a significant statistical difference in the two groups.It indicated that the recovery of experimental group is earlier than the the control group.Conclusion:This study shows that,there is a significant promote with the Syndrome differentiation of three stages of fracture of TCM in the process of Early pain relief and detumescence of Colles fracture external fixator,healing of fracture in middle and late stage and improvement of functional disorder of wrist joint.It verificated that it is worth generalizing the Syndrome differentiation of three stages of fracture of TCM in the clinic.
