Clinical Research On The Effect Of Flavoring Shengyang Yiwei Decoction On The Function Of Intestinal Barier During The Remission Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: Explore the flavored Shengyang Yiwei decoction,intestinal barrier functi on in patients with ulcerative colitis remission,and the clinical effect of maintaining remission of ulcerative colitis.to maintain ease ulcerative colitis for traditional Chi nese medicine will provide a scientific basis for the efficacy and safety.Methods: To choose 60 patients who were in compliance with the spleen and kidn ey Yang deficiency syndrome of ulcerative colitis,and randomly divided into two g roups according to the principle of random number table,The treatment group treate d with flavoring Shengyang Yiwei decoction combined Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tab lets,the control group treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets,After six mont hs of treatment,To observe the improvement of comprehensive efficacy,symptom r elief and intestinal barrier function recovery in the two groups.Results:(1)The treatment group,the total efficiency of 90.0%;control group,the total effectiverate 73.3% cases.there is a statistical difference by Mann-whitney rank sum test(P<0.05).(2)Comparative efficacy of TCM syndrome:thetreatmentgroup,the total effic iency of 86.7%;control group,the total effectiverate 66.7% cases.there is a statistical differ ence by Mann-whitneyrank sum test(P<0.05);(3)Single symptom comparison:A single symptom comparison in the two group of data groups,there is a statistical differenc e by Mann-whitneyrank sum test(P<0.05);Between the two groups after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine main symptom,The rank sum test showed that the sy mptoms of diarrhea,limb cold,mucus stool,waist and knee soft,abdominal pain,a bdominal distention,and fewer symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.05),and t he treatment group was better than the control group.(4)The intestinal barrier func tion of the two groups after treatment was compared,two groups of intestinal barri er function of DAO,D-lactic acid by there is a statistical difference by Mann-whitne yrank sum test(P<0.05).The statistical analysis of bacterial endotoxin was P>0.05,t here is not a statistical difference by Mann-whitneyrank sum test.Conclusion:It can improve the symptoms of ulcerative colitis and improve the intes tinal barrier function obviously.
