| ObjectiveHerpes zoster is a viral skin disease that mainly affects the nerves. It can cause inflammation and necrosis of the affected nerves, and then a series of symptoms such as neuralgia and skin lesions. The disease can last for months or even decades, often causing serious economic and psychological burdens on families and society.Adopting standardized and effective measures for prevention and treatment is of positive significance for quickly alleviating symptoms and curing diseases. The main purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of Herpes Zoster with Stagnated Heat of Liver Meridian,so that it can be promoted and applied clinically to benefit more patients with herpes zoster. It also highlights the importance of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and the standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment.MethodsIn this study,a small randomized controlled clinical trial was selected. On the basis of western medicine treatment, the treatment group was treated with fire needle and electroacupuncture. The control group was treated with simple electroacupuncture. The VAS score, herpes scab time, comprehensive efficacy score, and incidence of post-neural pain were observed during the treatment. For the comparison of comprehensive efficacy, statistical analysis was performed using spss17.0 to observe the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of Herpes Zoster with Stagnated Heat of Liver Meridian.ResultsThe therapeutic evaluation indexes of the treatment group and the control group were recorded.Compared with the control group, the blister scar area was reduced by 50%and the blister was completely scarred compared with the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was promoted in promoting blister scarring.Significantly better than the control group. On the second day after the first treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference. There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).After the end of the treatment course, the pain intensity of the two groups was compared again. It was found that the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),but the pain relief in the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).In terms of comprehensive efficacy evaluation, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved before and after treatment, and the improvement of the treatment group was better, and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After the analysis of the overall efficacy, the effective rate of both groups was 100%,but the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, indicating that the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of Herpes Zoster with Stagnated Heat of Liver Meridian.ConclusionIn this study, the combination of fire needle and electroacupuncture in the treatment of Herpes Zoster with Stagnated Heat of Liver Meridian is superior to simple electroacupuncture in promoting herpes healing,short-term rapid analgesia, reducing the incidence of post-neural pain, and improving clinical symptoms. The former can greatly shorten the course of disease, improve the cure rate, has remarkable curative effect, and is easy to operate, and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice. |
