| Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of Haipai massage and Montelukast sodium in treating cough after infection in children with Wind-evil Lurking in Lung,and to explore the effect of Shanghai massage on the treatment of this disease,so as to provide methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of infantile cough after infection.Method:From January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 72 cases of cough after infection in children with Wind-evil Lurking in Lung were selected from the pediatric massage clinic and pediatric outpatient department of Foshan Hospital of TCM.Random Numbers were generated by computer and divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Haipai massage once a day.The control group was orally treated with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets twice a day.Visual analogue scoring(VAS)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score were performed before treatment,1 day after treatment and 7 days after treatment.Result:(1)All the 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria successfully completed the treatment course without obvious adverse reactions.Before treatment,gender,age and course of disease were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there was a statistically significant difference in VAS scores within the groups at different times(P<0.05).The difference of VAS scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after 1 day of treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).It indicated that VAS score of the treatment group and the control group decreased after 1 day and 7 days of treatment compared with that before treatment,and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly.(3)Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores within the groups at different times(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups 1 day after treatment(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups on the 7th day after treatment(P<0.05).This indicated that the patients in the two groups showed a decrease in the score of TCM syndromes after 7 days of treatment compared with that before treatment,and the score in the treatment group decreased more significantly.(4)After treatment,patients in the treatment group were cured in 18 cases,effective in 11 cases,effective in 4 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,and total effective rate was 91.67%,while children in the control group were cured in 7 cases,effective in 15 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,and total effective rate was 88.89%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shanghai massage and monteluster sodium have good effects in treating cough of children with Wind-evil Lurking in Lung,but the former is better than the latter in relieving cough,improving TCM syndromes and total effective rate.Therefore,it can be seen that Shanghai massage is safe and effective in the treatment of children’s cough after wind-induced lung infection,and the Deration is simple,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. |
