Therapeutic Evaluation Of Qufeng Ningke Prescription In Treating Children With Upper Airway Cough Syndrome (Wind Evil Assailing The Lung Syndrome)

Object:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Ningke Prescription in the treatment of children with UACS(wind evil assailing the lung syndrome).To enrich the study of TCM "Wind Cough" theory in the field of pediatrics,to provide new thoughts for the TCM treatment of children with UACS.Methods:A total of 68 children who met the inclusion criteria of children UACS(wind evil assailing the lung syndrome)were collected.The two groups of children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(34cases allocated each).The control group was given Zhike Ningsou Capsule orally,and the treatment group was given Qufeng Ningke Prescription orally.After 2weeks of treatment,the differences in the efficacy between the two groups were evaluated by observing the changes of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment.Results:1.After two weeks of treatment,20 cases(58.82%)in the treatment group were clinically controlled,7 cases(20.59%)were significantly effective,5 cases(14.71%)were effective,2 cases(5.88%)were ineffective,with an overall response rate of 94.12%;3 cases(9.09%)in the control group were clinically controlled,12 cases(36.36%)were significantly effective,8 cases(24.24%)were effective,10 cases(30.30%)were ineffective,with an overall response rate of 69.70%.The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After two weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were both lower than themselves before treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After two weeks of treatment,the improvement of cough,throat clearing,nasal obstruction,runny nose,dry throat,throat itching,and retropharyngeal wall symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qufeng Ningke Prescription could effectively treat children UACS(wind evil assailing the lung syndrome).2.Qufeng Ning-ke Prescription could improve every TCM symptoms of chil dren.And it’s efficacy in the improvement of cough,throat clearing,nasal obstruct ion,runny nose,dry throat,throat itchingand retropharyngeal wall symptoms in chi ldren is great.3.Qufeng Ningke Prescription has not been found allergy or other adverse reactions during the application and clinical use of this project,and because of its good effect and fine safety,it is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.
