| ObjectiveThe study aimed to provides effective treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome through evaluating the clinical effect of needle-embedding therapy and the routine acupuncture therapy.MethodsDuring the research object from January 2018 to December 2018,the 66 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chin ese Medicine Department of acupuncture clinic,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.To treat the chronic fatigue s yndrome,the treatment group used needle-embedding therapy,while the contr o1 group used the routine acupuncture therapy.And then FS-14 questionnai res,SAS questionnaires and SDS questionnaires were used to evaluate the degree of fatigue and mood disorder.Results1.There weren’ t any significant differences between the ages,genders,FS-14 questionnaires,SAS questionnaires and SDS questionnaires before the trial in both groups(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences between the FS-14 questionnaires,SAS questionnaires and SDS questionnaires before and after the trial in both groups(P<0.05).The scores of the FS-14 questionnaires,SAS questionnaires and SDS questionnaires decreased after the trail,which means both therapies in two groups is effective for chronic fatigue syndrome.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,while the one of the control group was 85%.There was significant difference of the total rate between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference of the scores of SAS questionnaires and SDS questionnaires between two groups P<0.05),suggesting the needle-embedding therapy is better than the routine acupuncture.ConelusionThe two therapy both have clinical efficacy,and the need-embedding therapy is the better one. |
