ObjectiveThough comparing the blood lipid levels and transaminase levels,to explore the efficacy of combined acupuncture with decoction on patients of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.MethodsIn this clinical research,60 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease enrolled into the study. The cases were assigned to two groups according to the random number method, each group contained 30 cases. The control group accepted the Da chai hu decoction, and had two time of herb decoction daily.while the observe group take Da chai hu decoction Decoction combined with catgut embedding, and catgut embedding given to patients one time in seven days. After the courses, comparing the triglycerides and cholesterol levels, millet straw transaminase and cereal third transaminase levels,as well as the B-ultrasonography,based upon data comparison to verify the clinical efficacy and feasibility of the theory.ResultsAfter enrolled into the study, the basic clinical data, such as gender, age, course of the disease,BMI,as well as the observation index, triglycerides and cholesterol levels, millet straw transaminase and cereal third transaminase levels,B-ultrasonography were counted and checked in.compared the data which generated by randomization, the baseline information of the patients was similar(P>0.05).1 TC and TG:after the treatment, the data of TC in observe group was 5.27±0.73,while the data of control group was 5.72±0.51.the data of TG in observe group was 2.29±0.22,while the data of control group was 2.67±0.32.the blood lipid levels of the observe group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).which indicated the blood lipid regulation of combined therapy is better.2 AST and ALT:transaminase levels.3 accompanying symptoms scores:after 4 courses of treatment, the accompanying symptoms scores were cut down in both group. While the observe group was 18.37±3.71,and the control group was 24.91±3.90.the accompanying symptoms in each system received remission after giving the intervention measures. But after analyzing the statistics, the combined therapy could ameliorated effectively(P<0.01).4 B-ultrasonography:after the treatment, the scores of the the data of B-ultrasonography were decreased. The score of observe group was 4.80+0.92,while the data of control group was5.13±0.81.no significant differences in the scores of B-ultrasonography were observed(P>0.05),even the method improved the outcome of the ultrasound, but without dramatie change..ConclusionIn this study,Da chai hu Decoction has the function of relieving liver and reinforcing spleen.,and excreting the phlegm, dampness, waste. While catgut embedding on back-shu points of bladder meridian has the function of inspiring the Yang-Qi and adjust the organs, catgut embedding not only decrease the frequency of acupuncture, but also increase the cumulative effect, which offer suggestions and concepts for the chronic liver disease.
