The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Filiform-fire-needle Combined With External Washing Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema

Objective:This study evaluated the clinical efficacy of filiform-fire-needle combined with External Washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema by observing the changes of symptom and itch scores in the pretherapy and post-treatment.It provided a feasible method that is few side effects by traditional Chinese medicine to cure this disease.Method:In the study,60 patients with chronic eczema was randomly divided into treatment and control groups,and each group had 30 cases.The patients in the treatment were treated by filiform-fire-needle combined wi th External Washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine.filiform-fire-needle was three times a week,which continued for two weeks.Except the day of treatment by filiform-fire-needle,the rest were treated external washing of traditional Chinese medicine,also two weeks.The control group used halometasone cream,twice daily.Using statistical analysis to compare the clinical efficacy of treatment and control groups before and after treatment by the changes of symptom and itch scores.Results:After 2 weeks treatment,the scores of symptom and itch had a significantly decrease.After statistical analysis,the difference of scores before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).The result showed that two methods could improve the symptom score and itch score of chronic eczema.Further more,the score of treatment group was less than control group.The difference of score after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).It can indicate that the method of treatment group was better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms.The effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 66.7%in the control group.The efficacy evaluation of two groups had a statistically significant difference after statistical examination,that is,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of filiform-fire-needle combined with External Washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema was significant,which could improve the clinical symptoms of chronic eczema.The method had a clinical reference application value.
