Investigation And Strategic Research On Rural Poverty Alleviation In The Context Of Big Health

Health poverty alleviation is an important means of precise poverty alleviation and it is a key link in realizing the strategy of healthy China.With the improvement of people’s living standard,the Poverty problems are gradually weakening because of the large family population,lack of labor force,poor natural environment and under developed regional economy,especially in suburban areas adjacent to big cities,such as Dongxihu District of Wuhan City,Poverty has become increasingly prominent because of health problems,Poverty caused by illness is very serious,the level of all kinds of medical is still low,medical assistance system is not perfect,the service capacity of the regional medical institutions is relatively low,the rate of external referral is high,public health problems are more prominent.Therefore,In response to the call of the CPC Central Committee for precise pove rty alleviation,a detailed and serious health poverty alleviation survey w-as carried out in Dongxihu District,in order to improve Chinese healthy poverty alleviation system,strengthen the construction of medical and public health system in povertystricken areas and achieve the grand goal of great health,give advice and suggestions.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction,which analyse s the research background and significance,the literature review of great healthindustry,the literature review of poverty alleviation status,research ideas and methods innovation points;the second part is the overview of the theory of large health poverty alleviation;the third part is the survey of poverty status in Dongxihu District of Wuhan City,introducing the poverty situation,poverty status survey and questionnaire design in Dongxihu District.The fourth part is about the current situationand existing problems of the healthy poverty alleviation in the Dongxihu region,the existing poverty alleviation measures,the main achievements of poverty alleviation and the existing problems;the fifth part is about the specif ic strategies for further strengthening the poverty alleviation in the large health industry;and the sixth partis the conclusions and prospects.
