To observe the clinical effect of soothing liver,nourishing blood,calming nerves and sedation in treating menopausal anxiety disorder with liver depression,blood deficiency and incorporeal mind.63 cases of climacteric anxiety patients with liver depression,blood deficiency and mind loss were selected and collected.31 cases were divided into treatment group and 32 cases in control group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with the self-designed formula(danzhi xiaoyao powder),while the control group was treated with fluperazi ton meiliquxin(dylixin).The treatment conditions of the two groups were observed by the aging of 4 weeks.During this period,HAMA,ZUNG’s anxiety scale,TCM syndrome score table and side effect scale were adopted to conduct statistical evaluation before treatment,28 days after treatment and one month after drug withdrawal,respectively.All statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS23.0 software.The results showed that: 1.There was no statistically significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups before enrollment(P>0.05).2.Among the 63 patients included in this study,3 patients(1 in the treatment group and 2 in the control group)were discharged from clinical observation,and 60 patients successfully completed the clinical observation,with an abscission rate of 4.8%.3.In terms of(HAMA)scale evaluation,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.6% and 90%,respectively.The chi-square test(P > 0.05)showed no statistical significance,and both groups were effective in treatment.4.There were significant changes in scores before and after administration of the HAMA score scale in the two groups.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of the treatment group were changed compared with those before treatment,which was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3% and 83.3%,respectively.Chi-square test(P > 0.05)showed no statistical significance.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of the treatment group decreased compared with that before treatment,which was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05).6.Side effects: the side effects were 3.3% in the treatment group and 10% in the control group.Both groups had side effects,but the side effects were small in the treatment group,which had certain therapeutic advantages and safety.To sum up,the two treatment schemes can improve the symptoms of menopause in patients with anxiety syndrome of liver depression,blood deficiency,mind-loss and nourishing syndrome,but the self-designed method of soothing the liver,nourishing the blood and calming the nerves and sedation has more obvious therapeutic effect for such patients,and the side effects of oral Chinese medicine are less,which has more safety in the clinical treatment process.Many symptoms,especially for patients with impatience,irritability,insomnia,upset,do not want to diet,loose stool and other obvious improvement,from the long-term benefits,oral Chinese medicine is more advantageous.First,the incidence of adverse reactions is small;Secondly,improve the physical and psychological symptoms of patients;Third,regulate the patient’s body function state,improve the physique,further delay the possibility of anxiety relapse,relapse,in the treatment effect is scientific and safe.
