Objective: To understand the anxiety and depression of pregnant women in xiangxi region(eight autonomous prefectures and cities);The relevant influencing factors were analyzed and pregnancy outcome was tracked.To explore the correlation between anxiety and depression in pregnant women and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and to provide theoretical basis for the targeted screening and psychological intervention of anxiety and depression in pregnant women in western hunan in the future.Methods: Selected by random sampling,in October 2017 to October2018 in jishou university first affiliated hospital outpatient prenatal pregnancy test and length of stay in hospital childbirth 250 pregnant women as the research object,through the self-made questionnaire and the American education and health welfare and recommended for anxiety/depression screening of SAS/SDS table,for pregnant women to general data,living habits,lifestyle,history of pregnancy,history of disease,the condition of the pregnancy,anxiety,depression score survey and record the pregnancy outcome,analysis of xiangxi area during pregnancy in the occurrence of anxiety,depression,women,Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of anxiety and depression and the correlation between anxiety and depression during pregnancy and pregnancy outcome.Results: The incidence of anxiety in 250 pregnant women in western hunan was 35.6%(89/250),among which the incidence of mild,moderate and severe anxiety was 30.4%,5.2% and 0%,respectively.The incidence of gestational depression was 56.0%(140/250),among which the incidence of mild,moderate and severe depression was 38.8%,16.4%and 0.8%,respectively.Single factor analysis showed that the factors causing anxiety during pregnancy were of statistical significance(P <0.05),including gestationl weeks,residence,cultural level,dietary habits,sleep state,pre-pregnancy exercise,previous disease history and adverse pregnancy history.According to univariate analysis,the factors with statistical significance(P < 0.05)were gestationl weeks,residence,cultural level,average monthly family income,pre-pregnancy exercise and previous disease history.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the most influential factors for anxiety were adverse pregnancy history(OR=3.166),diet(OR=2.727),residence(OR=2.340),previous disease history(OR=2.271),sleep state(OR=0.674),gestational week(OR=0.583),and pre-pregnancy exercise(OR=0.486).The most influential factors for depression were previous disease history(OR=2.464),residence(OR=2.130)and pre-pregnancy exercise(OR=0.474).The correlation of anxiety depression during pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes study by the single factor analysis showed that patients with anxiety depression during pregnancy incidence of preterm birth is higher than full-term production(P < 0.05),low birth body quality,and the incidence of macrosomia than normal birth weight(P < 0.05),neonatal turn new pediatric and death rate is higher than normal newborns(P < 0.05),whereas the occurrence of anxiety depression during pregnancy and neonatal Apgar score no correlation of birth,there was no significant difference after statistics analysis.In the logisticregression analysis of influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcome,the average monthly family income was included in the equation.The ratio of occurrence(OR)of adverse pregnancy outcome among anxiety patients in pregnancy was 2.091 compared with those without anxiety in pregnancy,and the influence of gestational depression on adverse pregnancy outcome was excluded.Conclusion:(1)The incidence of pregnancy anxiety and depression is high in Xiangxi region.(2)The occurrence of anxiety and depression in pregnancy is related to life habits,medical history and pregnancy history.(3)Anxiety during pregnancy is one of the important factors of adverse pregnancy outcome.(4)We should strengthen prenatal examination,pay attention to mental health education,improve life style and reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression during pregnancy.
