| Objective:To explore the factors influencing cognitive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods:In the cross-sectional study, informed consent was obtained after screening the first schizophrenia patients and normal controls according to the inclusion criteria. After completing the collection of general demographic data of all enrolled personnel, the Childhood Abuse Questionnaire(CTQ)was used to assess whether they were accompanied by childhood abuse. The RBANS scale was used for cognitive function by postgraduate psychiatrists who used the standardized scale.Evaluation, the evaluation results are collated and the EpiData software is used to enter the computer using the parallel double entry method. Before the formal entry, the relevant professionals need to carry out secondary evaluation and review of their data and data, and the disqualifications are excluded.Statistical analysis is performed by SPSS25.0 statistical software. The measurement data conforms to the normal distribution, and is described by(mean±standard deviation). The analysis of each influencing factor mainly uses t test, analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:1.The total scores of the RBANS scale and the scores of the five factors in the first-episode schizophrenia patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were significant differences in the total scores of RBANS scales and scores of 5 factors among patients ofdifferent ages(P<0.05);There were significant differences in the scores of visual factors and speech function between the different education levels(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the time-delay memory factor scores between patients with different disease durations(P<0.05);There were significant differences in the scores of immediate memory factors between patients with different clinical types(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in the scores of RBANS and the scores of the five factors in the first-episode schizophrenia patients with different genders, marriages, and family history.2.The scores of the factors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the first-episode schizophrenia group with childhood abuse, the scores of the two factors of emotional neglect and sexual abuse were higher than those without the childhood abuse group(P<0.05).3.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the immediate memory factor score was negatively correlated with childhood physical neglect, physical abuse, and sexual abuse, the visual breadth factor was negatively correlated with childhood physical neglect and emotional abuse, speech function factors were positively associated with childhood emotional abuse,Attention factor was negatively correlated with childhood physical neglect, delayed memory factors were negatively correlated with childhood emotional neglect.Conclusion:1.First-episode schizophrenia patients generally have obvious cognitive dysfunction.2.Age,education,disease duration, clinical type, childhood abuse are the influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in first-episode schizophrenia patients. |
