| Objective:By detecting the rs6879202 and rs2053044 loci ofβ2 adrenergic receptor(β2-Adrenoceptor,β2-AR)gene in 36 patients with essential hypertension in Baise area,whether the 36 patients with essential hypertension in Zhuang nationality were analyzed There is aβ2-AR gene polymorphism,and the risk factors associated with essential hypertension in Zhuang population in Baise area are sought.Methods:(1)A total of 36 patients with essential hypertension in Zhuang nationality and36 normal controls from Zhuang nationality were randomly selected.Biochemical analyzers were used to detect biochemical indicators such as blood lipids,and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used.The polymorphisms of theβ2-AR gene rs6879202 and rs2053044were determined by direct sequencing.(2)The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS19.0statistical software.The t-test was used to compare the clinical biochemical indexes between EH group and control group.Theβ2-AR genotype and allele frequency distribution between EH group and control group were used.The x~2 test was used to determine the prognostic risk factors of patients with essential hypertension in Zhuang nationality.Logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the risk factors of essential hypertension in Zhuang population in Baise.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in male-female ratio,drinking rate and smoking rate between the EH group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the mean levels of age,urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the EH group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).High-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the EH group Lower than the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05);other indicators such as triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipid There was no significant difference in protein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)There are gene polymorphisms in theβ2-AR gene rs6879202 and rs2053044 locus in patients with essential hypertension in Zhuang area.(4)The frequency of CC,CG and GG genes in the rs6879202 locus of EH group was 8.33%,55.56%,36.11%,and the CC,CG and GG gene frequencies of theβ2-AR gene rs6879202 in the control group were 11.11%.63.89%,25.00%;there was no significant difference in genotype frequency distribution between the two groups(x~2=1.08,P=0.058).(5)The frequencies of GG,GA,and AA genes in the rs2053044 locus of EH group were 41.60%,38.89%,and 19.44%,and the frequency of GG,GA,and AA genes in the rs2053044 locus of the control group was 38.89%.52.78%,8.33%;there was no significant difference in genotype distribution between the two groups(x~2=2.39,P=0.32).(6)Through Logistic regression analysis,the age is a risk factor for essential hypertension in the Zhuang population in Baise.Conclusion:(1)There was a genetic polymorphism in theβ2-AR gene rs6879202 locus in patients with essential hypertension in Zhuang area.The genotype and allele frequency distribution in the EH group and the normal control group were not statistically significant,ie,no Correlation between rs2053044 polymorphism ofβ2-AR gene and essential hypertension in Zhuang nationality in Baise area.(2)There was a genetic polymorphism in the rs2053044locus ofβ2-AR gene in patients with essential hypertension in Zhuang area.The genotype and allele frequency distribution in the EH group and the normal control group were not statistically significant,it no Correlation between rs2053044 polymorphism ofβ2-AR gene and essential hypertension in Zhuang nationality in Baise area.(3)Age and creatinine are risk factors for essential hypertension in Zhuang population in Baise. |
