Objective: This research mainly used the method of clinical observation to treat children with allergic rhinitis of deficiency and cold of lung qi by using “Wenfei Zhiliu Dan”.The symptoms and signs of the patients before and after 4 weeks were observed and stopped. The recurrence of the patients within 2 months was followed up to explore the effectiveness and safety of the treatment in clinical work, and provide clinical evidence for its future application in clinical treatment,so as to better serve the clinic. Methods: Seventy subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of basic treatment, the experimental group was given oral “Wenfei Zhiliu Dan” and the control group was given oral.Loratadine tablets were treated for 4 weeks, and the symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment were recorded. The results were statistically analyzed using spss22.0.Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that the effective rate of TCM syndromes of allergic rhinitis of deficiency and cold of lung qi was 94.12%,the effective rate was 35.29%,and the effective rate of loratadine treatment was 81.82%.The apparent efficiency was 9.09%,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparisons, the difference between “Wenfei Zhiliu Dan” addition and improvement of nasal congestion and TCM was statistically significant compared with loratadine(P<0.05).In the safety evaluation, there were 4cases of mild adverse events in the treatment group and 2 cases of mild adverse events in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The effect of “Wenfei Zhiliu Dan” in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis of deficiency and cold of lung qi is clear.Compared with loratadine,“Wenfei Zhiliu Dan” is added and reduced in nasal congestion, symptoms of TCM and the overall effect of TCM.The curative effect is more advantageous,And the two sides are equivalent in total efficacy and recurrence rate, and it is worthwhile to continue clinical research. |
