To Evaluate The Effect Of Shenqi Compound Sequential Therapy On Preventing Macrovascular Injury In Type 2 Diabetes From The Perspective Of Hemorheology And CIMT

Objective: To use Sequential treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Shenqi compound,to observe the effect of Sequential therapy of Shenqi compound on hemorheology and carotid intima media thickness(CIMT)in patients with "asthenia","phlegm" and "stasis" three-stages,and to evaluate the effect of shenqi compound sequential therapy on preventing macrovascular injury in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: A total of 132 patients were included in this clinical study,including 44 cases of qi and Yin deficiency("asthenia" stage),qi and Yin deficiency with phlegm(" phlegm" stage),and qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis(" stasis " stage).Each case was randomly divided into treatment group and control group,i.e.,22 cases in each treatment group and control group.Both the treatment group and the control group were given basic treatment for type 2 diabetes,while the treatment group was treated with Shenqi compound decoction no.1,2 and 3 orally according to the three stages of "asthenia","phlegm" and "stasis",and the treatment cycle was 12 weeks.The changes of hemorheology,carotid intima media thickness were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)The whole blood viscosity shear rate(1),the whole blood viscosity shear rate(200),the plasma viscosity,the blood sedimentation equation(K),and the erythrocyte deformation index of the three groups were significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.05);(2)The whole blood viscosity shear rate(5)and erythrocyte rigidity index of the "asthenia","phlegm" and "stasis" treatment groups decreased(P < 0.05)compared with that before the treatment,and had an advantage compared with the control group(P < 0.05);(3)In the treatment group of "asthenia","phlegm" and "stasis",the carotid intima media thickness decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant advantage(P<0.01)compared with the control group;Conclusion:For patients with type 2 diabetes in addition to the basic treatment of diabetes with Sequential treatment of Shenqi compound of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,can significantly improve all kinds of hemorheology indexes and reduce the thickness of carotid artery intima media.In conclusion,shenqi compound sequential therapy has the effect of preventing macrovascular injury in patients with type 2 diabetes.
