The Clinical Efficacy Of Qizhu Zhixie Decoction In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Spleen Deficiency And Dampness

Objective:It was observed that the clinical efficacy of professor Xie Jingri’s self-designed Qizhu Zhixie decoction in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods:Forty-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria were enrolled in the study.The patients enrolled were administrated with professor Xie Jingri’s self-designed Qizhu Zhixie decoction for continuity 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction was uniformly decocted by the pharmacy of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine and self-comparison before and after treatment was conducted to observe the efficacy.After 0 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of continuous treatment,patients filled in TCM symptom score,single symptom score and IBS-QOL quality of life score scale,and the statistical results were analyzed and processed with statistical software.Results:Of the 42 patients enrolled,3 were exfoliated,and the 39 were treated for 4 weeks.After the completion of the comparative analysis before and after the treatment effect of TCM syndrome integral by professor Jing-ri Xie from39 patients Qizhu Zhixie decoction 4 weeks after treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome integral the total effective rate was 89.74%(35cases),show the efficiency of 48.72%(19 cases),effective rate was 41.03%(16 cases),before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral change by itself paired t test with significant difference.Individual symptoms,the main symptoms of TCM character,stool frequency and abdominal pain situation of the effective rate was 94.87%,better than secondary symptoms after fatigue or catch cold is aggravating,languid,exhausted and poor appetite effective rate was 71.79%,the symptom before and after treatment was statistically difference.Conclusion:Professor Jing-ri Xie self-designed Qizhu Zhixie decoction for the treatment of IBS-D syndrome can reduce TCM symptom score and IBS-QOL score,and remit abdominal pain,defecation,fatigue and other symptoms,and have a significant clinical effect.
