Clinical Observation Of Yang He Decoction In The Treament Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yang He Decoction in the treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.Methods:Forty DPN patients from the outpatient department who met the inclusion criteria were selected for the stud,all of them were given basic treatment:strict control of blood glucose,regulation of blood pressure and blood lipid,diabetes health education,diet and exercise guidance;After basic treatment and meeting the standards of clinical introduction,patients were given Yang He Decoction,one dose a day,150ml,taking after meals in the morning and evening with standard treatment for 8 weeks.The self-comparison experiment method was used to record the changes of clinical indicators such as total TCM syndrome score,single TCM syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity and Toronto clinical score before and after treatment.After the experiment,SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to sort out and analyze the experiment data.Based on the data,preliminary discussion and analysis were conducted on the experiment results of the included patients,so as to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yang He Decoction in the treatment of DPN yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.Results:1.Effects on total scores of TCM syndrome:compared with that before treatment,total score of TCM syndromes decreased significa-ntly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);2.Effects on single TCM syndrome point:all single TCM syndrome point decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Effects on nerve conduction velocity:sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity were both improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)4.Effects on Toronto clinical scores:The clinical score of Toronto was lower than that before treatment,including symptom score,reflex score and sensory test score,it also means to have a significant statistical significance(P<0.05)5.Safety:No adverse reactions occurred during treatmentConclusion:1.Yang He Decoction can reduce TCM syndrome scores of DPN patients with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome,and improve clinical symptoms;2.Yang He Decoction was taken to improve the nerve conduction velocity of DPN in Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome;3.Yang He Decoction can reduce the clinical score of Toronto patients with DPN of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.
