Clinical Observation On Bushen Huayu Recipe In Treating Infertility Caused By Deficiency Of Ovary Deficiency And Ovulation

OBJECTIVE:The purpose of this study was to observe the observation of the clinical symptoms of TCM and phlegm and blood stasis infertility,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,the change of ovulation endometrium and the improvement of sex hormone levels.And to explore its mechanism of action and observe its safety,to provide a safe,accurate and effective treatment for the treatment of kidney deficiency and dampness ovulation disorders infertility,to provide an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of this disease.METHODS: From the gynaecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,40 patients with kidney deficiency and dampness ovulation dysfunction infertility were selected.The self-medication before and after the control study was used to observe the therapeutic effect of taking the basic therapeutic drugs plus the traditional Chinese medicine preparations for 3months.After taking 1-2 courses(Stop serving after pregnancy),observe the effect of Bushen Huayu Recipe on dysfunction of kidney deficiency and dampness.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of infertile patients,ovulation endometrial thickness,dominant follicle diameter,sex hormone levels,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and other aspects of the impact on patients.RESULTS: Among the observed cases,17 cases were cured,the pregnancy rate was 45.95%,9 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 86.49%,and the ovulation rate was70.27%.After treatment,the patients had significant improvement in clinical symptoms such as obesity and hairy at the end of menstruation.There was a significant difference in endometrial thickness and follicular development(P<0.05).The results showed that the drug had obvious curative effect and no adverse reactions.However,due to the lack of clinical observation data,further observation and research are needed.Conclusion: Through this study,Bushen Huayu Recipe can significantly improve the TCM symptom scores of patients,promote the development of follicles,improve the pregnancy rate of patients,increase the thickness of endometrium during ovulation,and provide favorable conditions for implantation of fertilized eggs,in order to treat kidney deficiency and dampness.Types of ovulatory infertility provide safe,confirmable,and effective drugs that are worth promoting.
