| Objectives Through Tong ping Heart Protection Formula party the clinical treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease angina patients,observe the party for the patient blood sugar,blood fat,hypersensitive c-reactive protein,homocysteine,electrocardiogram,echocardiogram,TCM syndrome integral,integral,angina pectoris angina pectoris curative effect and the function of liver and kidney,evaluate its efficacy and safety,for Tong ping Heart Protection Formula a reliable basis for clinical application and promotion.Methods Seventy diabetic patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group,aged between 40 and 75 years.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,including diabetes education,exercise therapy,diet control,insulin injection,and oral medication to control sugar,blood pressure,and lipid.Experimental group while using the conventional western medicine therapy combined with Tong ping Heart Protection Formula,was used in treatment for 4weeks to observe curative effect of TCM syndrome integral,integral,angina pectoris angina,fasting blood sugar,2h postprandial blood glucose and blood lipid levels(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),glycosylated hemoglobin,homocysteine,hypersensitive c-reactive protein,electrocardiogram,echocardiogram,liver and kidney function.Results A total of 70 patients were included in this study,including 1 patient in the experimental group and 69 patients who actually completed the study,including 34 patients in the experimental group and 35 patients in the control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris score,angina pectoris effect,FBG,P2 HBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Hcy,hs-CRP,ecg,cardiac ultrasound,liver and kidney function between the two groups.Self-comparison after treatment: FBG,P2 HBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP and Hcy in the experimental group were significantly decreased,while HDL-C was significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the control group,FBG,P2 HBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP and Hcy decreased significantly,while HDL-C increased significantly,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group was compared with the control group: the decrease of FBG,P2 HBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP and Hcy in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the increase of HDL-C was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in HbA1 c level(P>0.05).The electrocardiogram effective rate was 88.2%.The effective rate of the control group was 62.90%,and the experimental group was better than the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the E/A ratio of the two groups,the efficacy of the experimental group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The angina pectoris scores and TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group and the control group were lower than before,and the angina pectoris scores and TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris was 88.2% in the experimental group and 65.7% in the control group.Before and after treatment,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function and renal function were all within the normal range,with no adverse reactions.Conclusions 1 Tong ping Heart Protection Formula can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,And no adverse reactions,clinical application is safe and reliable.2Tong ping Heart Protection Formula Recipe can improve blood sugar level,correct lipid metabolism disorder,reduce inflammatory reaction and homocysteine.The regulation and improvement of the risk factors of coronary heart disease may be the effect of the prescription for treating angina pectoris with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease.The important pharmacological basis provides a test basis for the clinical application of the recipe.Figure 0;Table 15;Reference 120... |
