The Clinical Experience Of Professor Xue Hanrong In Treating Chronic Cough Based On Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:To explore and analyze the medication rule and clinical experience of Professor Xue Hanrong in treating chronic cough based on syndrome differentiation.Methods: Through the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system(V2.5)",the database of Professor Xue Hanrong on prescription medication for chronic cough was established.Data statistics and analysis were carried out by using the association rules in the software system and the entropy clustering of complex system,the medication rule was discussed,and academic experience was summarized.Results:Through the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system(V2.5)",according to the final statistics,there were 186 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic cough prescribed by Professor Xue Hanrong,and 165 commonly used traditional Chinese medicines.According to the statistics of drug frequency,the top ten drugs were: fa ban xia,ma huang,sheng jiang,ku xing ren,zhi gan cao,fu ling,chen pi,xi xin,wu wei zi,da zao.According to the statistics of medicinal properties,1339 times of warm medicines,574 times of cold medicines,315 times of plain medicines,43 times of cool medicines and 37 times of hot medicines were used.The most commonly used medicines were warm medicines.Statistical analysis was made on the medicinal flavors,the results showed that there were more pungent,bitterand sweet medicines,and less acid,salty and astringent medicines.According to the statistics of drug meridian tropism,the order from more to less was lung meridian,spleen meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian,large intestine,kidney meridian,bladder,gallbladder meridian,small intestine meridian,pericardium meridian and tri-Jiao meridian.Using association rule analysis,55 groups of drug pattern combinations commonly used by professor Xue Hanrong in the treatment of chronic cough were obtained,and 101 rules were analyzed,consisting of 18 traditional Chinese medicines.Based on the method of complex system alignment clustering,12 core drug combinations for treating chronic cough were analyzed and 6 new formulae were derived.Conclusion:1.From the frequency,nature,taste and meridian tropism of medication,it was found that Professor Xue Hanrong mainly used "dispelling pathogenic qi,regulating viscera and removing phlegm and blood stasis" in the treatment of chronic cough,and took "regulating Qi and promoting lung Qi" as the basic principle.2.From the 18 core traditional Chinese medicines that were analyzed based on the association rule analysis,it can be concluded that Professor Xue Hanrong not only expels evil spirits,but also attaches importance to the thought of treating lung,nose and pharynx at the same time.3.Through the complex system entropy clustering method,the core drug combinations of professor Xue Hanrong ’s treatment of chronic cough were obtained,and 6 new formulations were derived,which have certain reference significance for clinical medication.
